Of course it is LIFELESS. It's inhospitable!
It too car-centric and lacks basic pedestrian and bike infrastructure. Let's not forget there is absolutely no green space or density of trees for shade.
Dubai is a joke of a city; it was planned by a 4 yo on crack. 😂
