Abramelin's Oil is what Christ used to heal the sick and anoint the faithful. When they talk about the "anointed One", it's because he was covered head to toe in Frankincense and Cannabis oil.
Had a copy from 'the sorcerer's apprentice' bought about 1980, I should have held on to it.
Fantastic book. Definitely worked for me. 1/3 of the way through reading it I realized I'm too stupid to get into the occult.
I love getting lost in this philosophy but for some weird reason I find it hard to use the magic squares that has all those divine names written in the squares.

I have read the book but never attempted to do the ritual as prescribed.
I have one question though, which is there are other ways and Methods to use to Contact the Holy Guardian Angel, but are they actually as effective as the method prescribed in the book to bind the four princes of hell to be able at hater times to use the Magickal squares Written in the book?
I don't know if the other methods for contacting the HGA are more or less powerful, but they certainly all work. As for the Abramelin squares and calling the Four Princes of Evil, those are features of the magic of Abramelin but not of other methods to attain Knowledge and Conversation
I've been looking into this on and off for years now, and one thing I can really say about this ritual for sure. Is that it seems like a religious practice and the home you make into a oratory is the temple you've designed?
Yes the ritual does have a lot of religious elements to it, and seems to be inspired by an esoteric form of Judaism and/or Christianity. To do the full Abramelin ritual would ideally involve a house with the right specifications that has been set apart for the work, although it can also be done out in nature. There are other methods for contacting one's Holy Guardian Angel if doing the full the Abramelin ritual is not realistic or practical

l like this guy a lot l'm a big fan! I think Luckymojo sell the correct rectified abramelin oil as outlined in the video, l think the correct formula was only figured out in the last 20years. I'm really looking forward to hearing your experience. l have a whale of a tale on this subject myself. As soon as l heard the phrase, "knowledge & conversation of the holy guardian angel" when l was 16 l knew it was legit & l couldn't get it outta my head.

Recently, the National Lottery contributed £250,000 to Boleskine House's renovation. Perhaps I am reading too much into the significance of this number.
What happens if i fail to conduct the ritual incorrectly?
Is there any disadvantage to doing the method that fits in with a peasants life. I want to do everything the right way and not be misled, the 18 months of study and prayer make sense. I don’t want to disrespect the creator but I have been on board for a long time. Ironically the beginning of my journey and first passover would be on my 33rd year alive. That year holds a lot of meaning and I’ve been prepared ahead of time with visions and knowledge pushing me to complete the operation. I want to do everything right, but I do work as a delivery person. I can call out as needed for the 3 days to come face to face with the demons. and 3 days with the angel. I’m being shown by the universe that this is what I MUST do. Every time life attempts to stray me; the universe pushes me to continue the path. So I’m taking this extremely serious.
I just want to do it right, so if you say there’s an alternative, I just need an honest to Adonai answer that I will get exactly the same thing out of it and will show no less dedication and desire to complete

Im slightly confused. How was Aliester Crowley going to be able to do this ritual if you must be a "saint"?
Theres no good or bad anymore once u purify urself and commune with God. Things just are without a dualistic view. But first u need some purification, wich mean no lustful thought, not eating meat, keep silent and secluded. Living like a hermit
Yes well...Crowley never actually finished the Abramelin Operation on his first attempt. He quit half-way through so he could get involved in drama with the Golden Dawn. Perhaps he didn't have the right character for it after all!

Why the age restriction for okder people?
It probably has something to do with assumptions about people's maturity level back in those days. If you go back even further to Biblical times, a boy wasn't considered a full man until 30 years of age (which is why Jesus is said to have begun his public ministry around that age in the gospels). I don't think it makes much sense to place antiquated and rigid barriers in front of people commencing this operation. The big takeaway is that we should wait until we have grown in emotional and mental maturity before engaging in something like the Abramelin Operation

In the book some of the squares do not have some of the alphabets written in the square. Are we supposed to complete the square when we prepare the square?
Very good question. The squares we have from the Mathers translation do indeed appear incomplete,. It is more a matter of information being lost than us having to fill in the gaps ourselves. There are others (Aaron Leitch, as well as George Dehn and Steven Guth) who have done their best to reconstruct the squares based on their own scholarship. Ultimately, you will need to be guided by your intuition as to which version of the squares you use. Any of the versions in the books that are commercially available at the moment will do the trick, if the intention behind using them is strong enough. Just remember to treat the Abramelin squares with the respect they deserve. They are a powerful form of magick and not to be used lightly

I agree. I have met some adults in their 60s with less emotional maturity than some young people in their teens. In my opinion, it all depends on a person's actual level of wisdom and responsibility. I was 23 when I engaged in my working to attain Knowledge and Conversation (using a variation of Liber Samekh)

I have a question. So many people claim this book is cursed and you will be haunted after reading. Is that true?
It will only cause trouble if it is used irresponsibly, such as attempting to work with the spirits without the proper preparation, or leaving the ritual unfinished and open-ended. Aleister Crowley was incredibly reckless in the way he went about the Abramelin Operation (quitting the operation halfway through, living a lifestyle that constantly invited evil in, etc), which is why he essentially brought a curse upon Boleskine House

For the best effect, I would recommend working with the HGA in some way first
I would assume that they wouldn’t work at all if one has t done the ritual since they’re supposedly powered by the demons you enslave with the direction of your holy guardian Angel.

So do you think spirits are real in general in dealing with the occult or do you think they are all essentially tapping into unconscious forces and shifting external reality in the process? I know you mentioned in this video that in reality they are our own inner demons. Been involved with basic ritual magick for years yet haven experienced anything necessarily tangile or physical

Yes, the Book of Abramelin says to make the wand from an almond branch. Some sources also suggest olive or hyssop as alternatives

Instructions for use of the squares are in the latter part of the Book of Abramelin. I am not sure whether there is a Hindi translation of the text in circulation
Did you perform the 6 month or the 18 month version of the ritual?
I did not perform the Abramelin Operation. However, I did do an operation to contact my Angel using Liber Samekh, which took me 6 months

Any thoughts on Sulan Bennet’s work on ‘fragrant cane?’ It sounds strange that an oil that is hazardous to health would be included in the holy anointing oil.

I am familiar with the kaneh-bosem = cannabis theory. For a while I thought it was an intriguing possibility but as I have done further research and weighed up the counter-arguments, my current view is that 'fragrant cane' is most likely to be calamus (and in any case this appears to be the view of the author of the Book of Abramelin). Yes, calamus is deemed to be unsafe in modern times, but when used in the anointing oil it would not have been ingested and would have been used sparingly. But I am open to other possibilities as to what 'fragrant cane' might be

Perhaps not the Abramelin Operation. But some other ritual to achieve Knowledge and Conversation with the Holy Guardian Angel, certainly. Karl Germer achieved Knowledge and Conversation while he was in a concentration camp

I would recommend the Dehn and Guth version over the version shown in this video (ie the Mathers translation). Last I checked, you can buy it online if you want a hard copy to thumb through (though most places seem to be out of stock at the moment), otherwise there may be a PDF floating around somewhere

Its not dangerous, but if you believe truly in the bible, it will make constant feel you unsure and unpleasant. Stick to what helps you at the moment the most. I cant define it further, but someday you may understanbnd and step further, or not. Its completly ok to believe in Jesus imo. My point is, just be open minded to something thats surpass bible, if you know what i mean. Love too you, still, and i am not an expert.

Yes well, about that...I was not yet 25 when I did my own Holy Guardian Angel (HGA) working. I was only 23! Age should not be a barrier to spiritual practice, particularly when people have different levels of mental maturity, magickal ability, and may have started on the path earlier than others, not to mention there are more and more 'old souls' hanging around on this planet in very young bodies. There are other methods of contacting the HGA that are not as strict as the Abramelin Operation, including with regard to the limitation on age (see my other videos in this playlist). Having said all of that, contacting the HGA is certainly not something I would recommend for those who are only just starting to explore magick. Get comfortable with magick first, spend a few years learning and practising as much as you can, and cultivating a spiritual discipline, THEN attempt the HGA Working
