OML thank you so much! I work in the back end of a lowes hardware store and a customer had returned a inflatable decoration that wasn't working so we replaced it and the store told me to throw it away. But sadly my car looked like the work compactor so I accidentally took it home with me. And ofc it was just the adapter that wasn't working so now I've got my first Halloween decoration!
This was the trick! Got a Halloween inflatable on clearance because it wouldn’t blow up, swapped out the adaptor from one of our other inflatables and boom new inflatable for a fraction of the cost. Thank you!
Thank you! This fixed my 4' 2017 Gemmy Paw Patrol inflatable that I was about to throw away! I replaced the adapter with another inflatable to diagnose the problem and it worked!
I thought the same, those things are expensive in my country but sadly not every one has the knowledge or patience to fix them. I would discard them only if they looked too old or discolored, and of course would keep the working parts if they're still in good shape.
Question: My Inflatable is blowing just fine, changed fuses, checked for leaks, repaired leaks. Inflatable is sagging and won't fully inflate, spraying waterproof on it helpful but about an hour later, hoes back to droopy stage. Ideas?
Checking the label on my power supply it say's that for a 115 VAC input, I should have a 12 VAC .835 Amp output. Using a multi meter, I found the voltage to be right on. Next, I went to the actual motor and removed the access cover finding that the circuit board inside was heavily corroded and had a broken wire. In addition, the solder contacts were blacked and looked to be cold. For a $30.00 inflatable that's 11 years old, I'm thinking that it's time to replace rather than repair.
from El Salvador , Central America, I was trying to fix my one, and as soon I watched your video , I just used another plug in I had available and simple as that ,the problem ,the blower fan started up in 3 seconds.... thank you so much
I have a spongebob inflatable that’s 4 feet but it doesn’t have an adapter like this one. It’s just the standard plug and the inflatable won’t stand up all the way. It leans over. Could that be due to the blower or is there a small hole causing it not the inflate all the way? I also am having the same problem with an inflatable snoopy. They’re both about 10 years old.
jacob mcdonald some of the causes may be the age of the inflatable. If it’s been used a lot the fabric gets warn out and doesn’t hold as much air. A way to fix that is to spray the interior of the inflatable with clear fabric stiffener. If it is new then it may be the blower. If so just spray it with wd-40 other than that there’s a site called yardinflatables.com and you can get a new fan from there
Ok, thank you! Yea, we’ve definitely gotten our use out of them. We live in Florida and the sun has completely faded spongebob. It’s hat used to be a bright red and now it’s a light barely red color.
@@esinflatables7678 Will spraying the interior of the inflatable with clear fabric stiffener definitely fix that issue and will it make the fabric all still when it is deflated?
i just wish i could find the power supplies with the outdoor inflatable connectors with enough power on amazon all they seem to have is weak ones that only put out 1 or 2 amps and they claim to do 4 amps but won't work on higher power decorations so i had to get one from a local power supply store and solder it to wires
Lordy, your info is good, but with all those adapters I got so confused. But I think it's me. Im not familiar with all these adapters. I have a blow up Turkey and it won't fully blow up. I was trying to figure, why not.
OMG dude, can you waste anymore time talking? And yes you explained it... over and over and over, like beating a dead horse! We get it, try other adapters. This video can go from 5 minutes to 30 seconds!!

You’re freaking awesome. Glad I watched this video almost threw out my inflatable.
Thank you! Swapped the plug out from a Halloween decoration and worked great!
Thank you very much. We were going to throw away our daughters favorite inflatable until we came across your video. Many thanks!

Thanks. Swapped adapters with another inflatable I had on the lawn and it worked. Issue identified and currently looking for a replacement. Thank you.

Awesome, you saved me from dumping my inflatable Santa. Thank you!
It worked thank you!!!
Your exactly right. I did what you posted and it worked perfectly. Thank you so much
Saved my inflatable thank you soooo much!!
Thanks for this. And to think I was going to throw it away.It was the plug just like you said
Worked for me! I swapped it out. Philly? Now to find an adapter on amazon!
If you plug in something thats significant higher amps, youll fry your lights, wiring, fan in that order eventually
I'm surprised you threw away inflatables if they weren't blowing up. You can replace the motor and they will still work.

bro this is amazing
Thank you for the hint... I didn't think to do that but your video helped!
The fact that I seriously have the same pumpkin inflatable with the same problem
Thanks thought was blower but didnt think to check adapter first. Was ready to just replace fan blower first. Will check adapter first now.
Thank you sir!! Exactly my problem!!
what is better for an adapter that has an output of 12v 1.7a...1.5a or 2.0a?
Where can I buy both the blower and the plug
Excellent. Where is the best place to buy another adapter and estimated price?
10-15 plus shipping
What if you don't have another adapter can you buy them
Hello, I have a big animated snow globe inflatable that has stopped working. How can I fix the snow animation again?
This saves my two inflatables! Now I just need to find two new adapter pieces. Any suggestions on where to find the adapters?
Amazon has them
I'm hoping this is my problem. Just bought a replacement on Amazon.
My lights come on but not the fan. Any ideas!
Thank you. It worked! ❤️

Thank you because if you I don’t have to throw away 2 of my inflatables for Halloween
I have extra adapters but they're too small. Any ideas were I can find the exact match?
Mine had a short we ordered a new one yesterday
I wonder if I can find these adapters online? I think that could be the problem.
You can
Thanks I just fixed my new one
You didn't show how to change the adapter
Our blower works only blows up half of motorcycle with Santa. Front half doesn’t blow up
I hate the adopter ones I wish they would’ve left them the way before

You Have No Clue what Your Doing the original will come apart if you know how to Do It just have to tap on it a little
I would just like to say make sure that the plugs goes in right in the adapter or it won't work make sure it goes all the way in
My family ues to have 20 Christmas inflatables but now we have six because my dad didn't know how to 'fix' the 'broken' ones
I can’t do it I’m ponnet a air and spin and work

We have the same inflatable and I don't have it no more
