Juicing for Health: The Basics

- Dancers are athletes, too! Let's promote health not just in our profession, but in our Polynesian community! I'll start off with an oldie, but a goodie -- juiced veggies! The fastest way to get these in your system is by juicing them. I don't juice every day, but I try to at least 3-4 times a week, or until the veggies are gone. I'm currently on my own journey towards being healthier, so I'm definitely not an expert, but I will do my best and share everything I can!
