Today technology has surpassed our expectations. No more rendering times. ArchViz 3D has been migrated to Real Time programs. Unreal Engine is one for instance. And the results, no comments... Concenrning animated people, if you do not own a motion capture technology, the best way is to buy them rigged, import them to 3ds Max or Maya, clean them, and then export them as fbx files and migrate them to the engines. Nothing has ever been better than working out these projects in real time.
Question: What would a work up presentation such as this cost for a new restauarant concept that we are working on building. We may need a work up presentation for our investors.
