Elementor Background Slider Tutorial | New Feature

- Learn how to use the background slider in the free version of Elementor. You can add multiple images in the background, add an overlay that will affect all the images, embed a RUclips video in the background of a section and even let background videos play on a smartphone.

You're the best. I can't believe this 4 years old video solved my problem. I was trying to use rev slider but I could not make it a background for my container. You just saved me a lot of time. Thanks
thanks mate - by using your video it took me about 1 minute to get the outcome I was looking for (and I am a newbie), whereas I had previously spent a couple of hours checking through Elementor resources. The training department staff at Elementor really, really need to pull their collective finger out and update all these old tut videos, or just delete them and make new ones. Gosh, they are talking about Elementor v 2!
Anyway, about a week ago when I started working in my website I luckily came across one of your video tutorials, and straight away subscribed. You are doing an incredible job making life easier for us who love making websites (just for your info, I am 72 years old).

Welcome back. Great new features from Elementor. Do you now why backgroundvideo doesn't play on IOS?
As I understand the no-show-video on mobile slider is made to prevent unnecesary background sound from hidden videos in mobile browsers. But show-on-mobile does not bring background video onto my IOS mobiles. (have not tested Android yet)

Thanks Ferdy!! I also have a live text heading on top of the background image, but I'd like the text to also slide left and change as the background slides slide left, so that the headings match the images and change exactly with them. Is that possible?

Hello, very nice Video. But When I made a gallery for a slide show it is not possible to add an image to that. It is possible to delete one one reorder them. Where are these galleries stored, so I can work on them?

Hello Fredy, Thanks for your awesome videos on elementor page builder and helping us create fantastic websites quickly. I tried the same effect but for background overlay but couldnt see any change. I choose 5 pictures for background as you did here and went to background overlay tried to place a color and I dont see any change on the image. I tried to transparent it, changed the opacity and blend mode no change. Is it because this can be done only on Elementor Pro version. I am using the same Astra theme which you have mentioned in your other video and my Elementor version is 2.8.3. Kindly suggest. if m doing something wrong. As this is the effect I been searching for a while. I learned a lot but got stuck at this place. Also I couldnt upload a.json file template which you did in your previous tutorial. And once again keep sharing your wonderful videos. They really help.

I'm lost 😭 I start a new section and start working on the background by adding an image to the background, but the section doesn't expand to show the full image. Everything else works in the section as instructed in this video but it's just not expanding the section. What am I missing?

Hi Ferdy, thanks for sharing your video. Is there a way to add a mask or a graphic shape to eg. Left of the image in the slider. So the images zooms on the right. And the eg. Love Cape Town heading stays static on the left?

Slideshow removed the "fixed" option that you had in the beginning of your video. How do you get that option back?

DURATION under style means after how many seconds a new image will show up? and transition duration is how long will it take for the next image to come up?
