Discussing, I believe Kevin was only supporting her at that time because he had not been shown pictures or seen his children, he was also trying to figure where the bag of money was and may have been working on fi ding out more information. When he said he would support her in any way he could he was leaving an out. He will.help her where he can if he can. Support does not mean support her beliefs or actions. I think he is a man of honour. I think he feels tremendous guilt for not standing up to her and Jodie.
Still can't understand why the prosecutors think Ruby has 'seen the light' and is less culpable than Hildebrandt. How can any parent do this? She was so incredibly arrogant when she was arrested. Like Hildebrandt, she is still a danger to others. She should never see the light of day.
Agreed. It is even more disturbing to me they felt this way when they had seen those children and they read her own words! How can she seem that compelling to people that she can revel in causing horrific abuse one month and say she repents the next and has been saved by the fabulous legal system--and be believed? I think it is just easier to be fooled by a pretty face and some acting skills. I have zero empathy for her after seeing those photos of those wounds--which is 100 percent why they needed to.be shown and not hidden. The horror needed to be shown, so she has less chance of gaming the parole board.
That boy could have easily died from sepsis. The cruelty is just off the charts! No wonder that poor neighbor couldn't help cry. There must be something being protected within Mormonism that says being alive, and joyful, and robustly energetic like children are, is evil. Yea, sepsis. I never thought of that. Could have gotten it very easily. There are people that get the flu or pneumonia and contract sepsis. My brother died of sepsis from burns he got from a suicide attempt way back in ‘81.
Franke saying 'I'm a good girl...' on the phone was infuriating. She is an adult who chose to inflict horrendous injuries on her own children, and she's now trying to put all the blame on Hildebrandt. They both need to be kept in prison for a long time. They are not sorry. They believe they were right.
What I'd like to see is Ruby making lists of all the things her children did that are evil. It'll be 1 - Liking food too much. 2 - Laughing too loud. 3 - Running around the house. 4 - Not doing their chores. 5 - Wanting too much of my time. And on and on about the things all children do, like, and want. Basically she couldn't stand her kids.
Oh my goodness, I gasped when I saw those injuries and his back. He was skin and bones. That picture reminded me of concentration camp victims. It sounded like Ruby was fully planning on escalating it all if they had moved to Arizona and it looks like the kids were hanging on by a thread as it was. The boy probably saved their lives.
If the mother did this, do you really believe that a non-parent would care any more? They get paid to take in these kids and unfortunately it doesn't always turn out well.

Stories of many being beaten, starved and worse by fister parents. Harmony Montgomerys foster Mom cried at trial how much she loved her, but gave her back because it was too hard dealing with CPS! Look it up! It's all out there!

Religion can damage a person's concept of reality. This is an extreme outcome, but so many children are harmed by religious beliefs that never get this kind of attention.
Yesterday I did a deep dive into all of these released videos and when I saw what Ruby Frankie had written in her diary my first thought was how this sounded like the Lori Vallow case. I can’t imagine what would’ve happened if this young boy has not escaped.
When is the church going to be held accountable. If it wasn't for the religious beliefs or teachings none of this sickening crap would happen by these morbid people to make them think they are inferior to others.

I have been so horrified and emotional since last night and that was before I saw these actual wounds. That beautiful, brave boy! He was in that condition and was so polite asking for a ride to the police station for "personal business." Bless those two neighbors! He somehow found the two perfect people to seek help from. The emotion they displayed instantly made that 911 operator realize the horror and urgency. Yet, she crooned to RF that he was a great kid, and they both were careful to not frighten him or make it seem even unusual he showed up. They deserve a humanitarian award for how they reacted. I am appalled to think those two monsters might get paroled at any time. I gagged when Jodi sanctimoniously snorted out, after stating her attorney said those wound photos would destroy her that she had not caused those wounds, he did it himself by moving around. That alone--that she blames him for those wounds after leaving him hogtied for days--should mean she never walks free.
I don't trust the Utah judicial system, CPS should be cleaned out. Jodi was given referrals by the Mormon church consistently, they had to have been involved.
This country and its “plea deals.” Does this not make you sick to your stomach? Plea deals do not constitute justice. Yet again here we have more resources for the perpetrators over the victims. What makes it even worse are the victims are children. Shame on CPS and shame on the courts. To all involved that were meant to protect these kids I hope you get your comeuppance.

Listening to the reports today i was horrified. That little boy is the bravest child on earth. Had he not run they would have killed these babies. It's a huge shock. I do believe that if they ever get out both should go onto the register and no child should ever be expised to either again.
The difference between Ruby & Jodi and Lori & Chad is that the officials believed their victim when he reached out for help. If they had believed Charles they would all still be alive. If they had believed Charles's family after his murder, at least the children may have made it out alive.
I agree! I think states need to require access and unscheduled visits to all homeschooling families. Especially since the pandemic lockdowns, more people began homeschooling and students never returned to school. Many children needed the stability of regular school attendance and the services offered in schools which they aren’t receiving anymore. This includes that educators in schools are mandatory reporters of abuse and neglect!

Wow, those images are harrowing and heart breaking. I went through some of the materials yesterday, but not all of them. I was particularly disturbed by the fact that they were planning on buying land to move the children to. I thought R. had saved their lives before this information was known, now especially so. Those children would have died if they had moved to AZ.

There was a case in Provo, Utah recently where the LDS parents kept their disabled child chained to the bed for the major part of every 24 hours. The chains had dug into her ankles.
A recording of a visit with Ruby Franke and one of her sisters where Ruby speculated on her future, she relayed that she was hiring an expert to do a psychological evaluation on her to prove that she did "not have any mental health issues." After seeing your video, it's obvious that her narcissism and mental illness is far worse than many of us believed. Ruby believes that she'll soon be released, and mentioned that even if she's not with the children, she could be released to her parents. THIS sadist needs to be locked up for her maximum sentence.
I don't even understand how her sisters could even speak to her after this. She has been told what to say by her attorney to get a better deal. Should never be allowed to see her children again.

Religion can damage a person's concept of reality. This is an extreme outcome, but so many children are harmed by religious beliefs that never get this kind of attention.

Yesterday I did a deep dive into all of these released videos and when I saw what Ruby Frankie had written in her diary my first thought was how this sounded like the Lori Vallow case. I can’t imagine what would’ve happened if this young boy has not escaped.
When is the church going to be held accountable. If it wasn't for the religious beliefs or teachings none of this sickening crap would happen by these morbid people to make them think they are inferior to others.
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints does NOT teach people to do this evil stuff. In fact, it teaches just the opposite. Why does the Church get blamed when people become evil and do such evil acts? The Church does NOT teach people that they are inferior. The Church teaches them that they are children of God and of great worth. This is a display of exactly what the Church is not and does not teach. People that make comments against the Church are misinformed.

I have been so horrified and emotional since last night and that was before I saw these actual wounds. That beautiful, brave boy! He was in that condition and was so polite asking for a ride to the police station for "personal business." Bless those two neighbors! He somehow found the two perfect people to seek help from. The emotion they displayed instantly made that 911 operator realize the horror and urgency. Yet, she crooned to RF that he was a great kid, and they both were careful to not frighten him or make it seem even unusual he showed up. They deserve a humanitarian award for how they reacted.
I am appalled to think those two monsters might get paroled at any time. I gagged when Jodi sanctimoniously snorted out, after stating her attorney said those wound photos would destroy her that she had not caused those wounds, he did it himself by moving around. That alone--that she blames him for those wounds after leaving him hogtied for days--should mean she never walks free.
There has to be more families out there that are doing this! They had like 2m followers! 😮
I don't trust the Utah judicial system, CPS should be cleaned out. Jodi was given referrals by the Mormon church consistently, they had to have been involved.

This country and its “plea deals.” Does this not make you sick to your stomach? Plea deals do not constitute justice. Yet again here we have more resources for the perpetrators over the victims. What makes it even worse are the victims are children. Shame on CPS and shame on the courts. To all involved that were meant to protect these kids I hope you get your comeuppance.

Listening to the reports today i was horrified. That little boy is the bravest child on earth. Had he not run they would have killed these babies. It's a huge shock. I do believe that if they ever get out both should go onto the register and no child should ever be expised to either again.

The difference between Ruby & Jodi and Lori & Chad is that the officials believed their victim when he reached out for help. If they had believed Charles they would all still be alive. If they had believed Charles's family after his murder, at least the children may have made it out alive.

My grandson is homeschooled only in the mornings. He goes to school in the afternoons. Homeschooling without unexpected visits should be outlawed.
I agree! I think states need to require access and unscheduled visits to all homeschooling families. Especially since the pandemic lockdowns, more people began homeschooling and students never returned to school. Many children needed the stability of regular school attendance and the services offered in schools which they aren’t receiving anymore. This includes that educators in schools are mandatory reporters of abuse and neglect!
The Mormon church not only supported Jodi and her abusive ways but paid her. The Mormon church should be held accountable for their part in this.

Wow, those images are harrowing and heart breaking. I went through some of the materials yesterday, but not all of them. I was particularly disturbed by the fact that they were planning on buying land to move the children to. I thought R. had saved their lives before this information was known, now especially so. Those children would have died if they had moved to AZ.

There was a case in Provo, Utah recently where the LDS parents kept their disabled child chained to the bed for the major part of every 24 hours. The chains had dug into her ankles.

A recording of a visit with Ruby Franke and one of her sisters where Ruby speculated on her future, she relayed that she was hiring an expert to do a psychological evaluation on her to prove that she did "not have any mental health issues." After seeing your video, it's obvious that her narcissism and mental illness is far worse than many of us believed. Ruby believes that she'll soon be released, and mentioned that even if she's not with the children, she could be released to her parents. THIS sadist needs to be locked up for her maximum sentence.
