@@strangehitu have faith when he said wano would be better than marineford. heh.. better deliver it next. and besides im not talking about oda, but toeis direction. current wano looks dragon balls instead of one piece.
That day, ill remember that day for the rest of my life. The world government called it his execution but it wasn't that more like his coronation, you should of seen him head held high and smile on his face. The crowd you could hear a pin drop all listening waiting to hear wat he had to say then someone had to simply ask what we all wanted to know and defying all he smiled even harder and said "you want my treasure, you can have it! I left i had in one piece!" And as the blades came down a cheer went up but not in the way the way the world government wanted, they believed they executed a pirate the fools! No they crowned a king! GOL D. ROGER THE PIRATE KING
greatly appreciate it man! i always thought that departure of the pirat king is the best ost in one piece and in anime in generell but it always saddend me that it was so short
I may not have expressed it well enough, I am not personally relating to Gol D. Roger (other than obviously out of empathy), but I am relating the heroic nature and feeling of the music to him. The epic and wondrous beginning is how we are introduced to him through Luffy's eyes and admiration. The adventurous middle describes his life of excitement and achievement, and the more somber end evokes the dramatic and tragic turn of his life, but still with that underlying heroism and idealism.
I screen capped it from the Logue Town flashback where Roger was led to the scaffolding, then did some editing to make everything around him black and white, both to highlight him and to make it feel a little bit more like it's a moment frozen in time
@@andhaiden I recommend putting the video on full screen and taking a screenshot with the "print" button, and then saving that either to your picture manager of choice, or using my personal picture editor of choice, Paint.net (it's like a more powerful version of Paint). And then saving that somewhere. That should be about the same quality I could otherwise give you, without having access to an HD version of the episode itself
these songs capture perfectly how absurdly HUGE the world in one piece is.
Big and full of crazy and ridiculous things.
Oda, you made a masterpiece.
thank you man
Pre time skip before water 7 had the best soundtrack
I loved the classical musical style of one piece. I hope they wont add some modernise and annoying rock music
@@othernerd3841 bro have some faith in oda. his the man who created this greatest masterpiece you think he will ruin it by some. Dumb music ?

GOL D. ROGER THE PIRATE KING
Man… this one should’ve gone to peer review, otherwise it’d be a cool-ish comment
@@SparkerZed yea I see what you mean
@@dragonstudios5234 W comment nonetheless
you quote Gol Roger, but who said that ?
Where is that from?
1:46 to 2:03 the best part in the whole one piece sound track for me

3:03 this plays and luffy finally becomes pirate king
This music is immortal and will last forever. The music is the second most important thing in one piece.
a great song for the greatest pirate in history
You want my treasure? You can have it! I left everything I had it one place. Now you just have to find it.
THIS IS AMAZING
White Beard: THE ONE PIECE IS REAL!

Thank you.
And his one of his move called divine departure, also used by Shanks
Saved.
They crowned a king instead of executing a pirate
this song always reminds me of the mummy movies for some reason
I have a question? How come this isn’t used anymore it’s such a great piece of music
Not sure. You got a point. They might use it when luffy becomes king
I mean, how often do we see Roger's execution nowadays?
saving it for something good i hope
I am quite curious, how do you relate to Gol D. Roger's life?

Well I’d love to be able to get access for a background or a print if that’s possible!
