+Dickeyfighter7861 I saw them a few nights ago, and they opened with this song, and they put on such a great performance! They were definitely my favorite band of the night!
Same! I got to open for them and the rest of the TAS tour a couple weeks ago. FFAA absolutely killed it! I honestly think this is the first show in awhile where I was genuinely super impressed with every single band. Perfect tour!
Dickeyfighter7861 I definitely agree! It was a great show, although I did not enjoy The Acacia Strain live very much honestly. I think that is because I didn't care for their music much before, so their set didn't really interest me at all. I wish I had more money than what I did though, so I could have bought a bunch of merch like I usually try to do. Oliver Clark, it was pretty packed. I couldn't give you an exact number, but I remember the room being really crowded by the time Fit For An Autopsy played.
Tyler Ganskow Thats really appeasing because ive seen so many live vids of them playing to like 18 people and wanted to see them get what they deserve!
Everyone is talking about the "God is a lie and man is a failure part", what about the sick breakdown that leads to, "Here's the fucking truth. Sometimes people should just fucking die. Stop pretending that's wrong, stop pretending it's a lie." I feel like that part hits wayyy harder.
I found this band today on iTunes and let's just say I downloaded all of their albums. When I'm driving down the road I turned on Wither and felt like killing the guy two cars in front of me that was driving about 15 under the speed limit. I love this band.
+Jason LovesPWD aside from that line, it wasn't too cliche. And the lyrics were really well put together even if the subject matter wasn't the most original. And to me, that's arguably more important. A million people can write about the same shit, but if someone does a good job of writing about it, it can sound a hell of a lot better than someone who tries to reach for something more profound content wise but can't use words poetically for shit. I prefer this over all the "thesaurus-core" where people think their lyrics are deep just because they use words like ignominious and abnegate.
@@RespiteofChampions Your truth*. Just because it's something that you don't agree with makes it true. If I wanted to say that slavery was good, it doesn't make it true.
Fucking Epic, well done FFAA. This song crushes and sounds so awesome with quality headphones. Such a huge step up from hellbound(Which was badass as well) Looking forward to seeing you guys on tour soon. Carnifex, Whitechapel, FFAA, Behemoth, Cattle Decapitation tour pls k bye
This shit just absolutely rips. I loved Hellbound but this is bringing in a whole new dynamic to the band. Couldn't be more excited for the whole album.
Just got into this band. I’d have to say this is my favorite song so far lyrically and instrumentally. Bought the depression sessions and that’s how I got into this band. Pretty much every song I’ve heard so far is even better than flatlining and I fucking love that song.
I feel that I have found the same love and and comport in bands like this and old Suicide Silence, Thy Art Is Murder, Whitechapple, Carnifex, and so on that people do in religion. because these people think like I do. They have the same hatred and chaos in their minds that even though I have soothed once had.
Take the edge of the pic and go from the thin strings too thick sideways take your left hand and kind of mute the strings while sliding that hand towards the headstock, or keep it stationary floating over a fret, triggering the harmonics. Gojira does it all the time it's like a pick scrape with harmonics.

"God is a lie and man is a failure" I can imagine this part crushing live!

I love you and FFAA also
I also love you.

2:40 Had to get out of my chair. Too much energy
Hope you were able to replace everything in that room after that.
@@metalboy27 fucking too right
This song has big dick energy to the maximum.
Am i the only one thinking how fucking brutal that high is? This fucking kicks ass. Can't wait.

Great lyrics, great music... also Scott Rudd is everywhere hehe :D

+Jason LovesPWD "God is a lie, and man is a failure" is generic?

+Jason LovesPWD Awesome instrumentals and great job vocally. But agree not the best lyrics
Fit For An Autopsy maybe one of few bands to get a new singer and it works.
and they did it twice
+Matt Culp twice? i thought they just had one new vocalist
ignore me lmao, i be wrong
+John Ustaris Technically twice, but one guy only did live stuff with them.
Oh okay
Brutal and perfectly melodic when it needs to be. FFAA are an amazing band, can't wait for the album
I feel like deathcore bands are getting a bit better, lately.
FFAA has always been one of those bands that stayed consistently amazing Imo
TribunalxBonghit 9541 for reals, they only got better after Joe blessed us with his voice lol
Jeez, this was already 5 years ago? :o
This comment didn't age well
I’d recommend as everything unfolds and dreamstate
I like this song because it tells the truth. And because the music and the video.
"Sometimes people should just fucking die, stop pretending that's wrong, stop pretending that's a lie"
Doesn't get much realer than that holy fuck
I think in in love with this band
*_HOLY FUCK_*
1:10 HIT ME HARDER THAN A SEMI-TRUCK WITH A RELIGIOUS RADICAL AT THE WHEEL HITTING A CROWD OF PEDESTRIANS
Zach Nuncio Can I quote that
The song is badass, but when everything just stops and he just rips out that "GOD IS A LIE AND MAN IS A FAILURE"..you KNOW the song is perfect...
Idk, but that shit really pissed me off when he said that
@@godblessthetroops2146 Why does the truth piss you off?

Keen as for the new album!! Prefer the old vocalist but I think they did a good job on finding a new one this is brutal as always!! Love ittttt
Anyone else still coming back to this absolute banger
Amazing! Just checked them out. FFAA is one of my favourite bands now.
That drop with the grittiest lyrics I have heard in awhile makes this song easily my front runner for song of 2015.
Damn the lyrics are perfect \m/
I love the intro!
Really good intro on this one! ⭐👍

Brutal and talented, love it!
The idea of such videos with lyrics is awesome cause in the case of this band the lyrics are just great 👍
Very cool! Awesome rakes, and not anything cliché about this stuff. Good direction with this new material, very stoked to hear some more!
Kickass song!
Love em guitars Patrick :D
can't wait to see you live again!
Whoah!! GOD IS A LIE AND MAN IS A FAILURE. This rips!!! Already love it!
+Viktor Kós It works, but i disagree with it. I think that, "God is a lie, just one of man's failures."
I need to listen to this band more.
I agree this band rocks !!!!
Spot on!
Yes!!!!! Hell of a production!! Great drumming Josean!!
This song punched me in the balls, so i replayed it and let it do it all over again.
Canyon Loftis lmfao
This shit just absolutely rips. I loved Hellbound but this is bringing in a whole new dynamic to the band. Couldn't be more excited for the whole album.
2:30 gave me chills

This and Black Tongue. The two heaviest albums this year.
Lucan Wells Psalms is one of my top 10 albums of 2015 for sure
+BrickWolfy Oceano, AngelMaker, A Night In Texas, Cattle Decap, Thy Art, Rivers Of Nihil and TBDM.
Lee Zen AngelMaker is my AOTY and I'm also a pretty big TAIM fanboy, imho Black Tongue was still the heaviest album
holy fuck. I'm in love with that last riff at 2:40. reminds me of gojira.
I am not dissapointed

How do you call that guitar technique at 2:41?
+AffenKloPutzer Arpèges (french sorry)
+AffenKloPutzer Sounds kind of like a pick slide with some distortion on it to me, but I could be wrong.
+AffenKloPutzer Upwards harmonics
+TheHeresyContinues Thanks a lot!

The Gojira influence 😏 that slide is tasty
All hail the sacred PICK SCRAPE

is it just me or do the vocals sound like upon a burning body's first album???
Sounds like Thy Art Is Murder, another song of Holy War
+Carlos Ross same influences and the guitarist of this band recorded holy war so yeah very similar haha
+Justin Greiff Will Putney, the non-touring member of the band.
fuck u thy art is murder cant hold a candle to fit for an autopsy. in case u didnt notice holy war copied their style with shit lyrics
George Chillz it does sound similar, and both songs were recorded by the same guitarist.
