    I wsh you would do five minutes on the oldest gay bar in Baltimore, Leon's (at Park and Tyson), which I suspect may be one of the oldest gay bars in the US. I "came out," as it were there in September of 1968. I recall seeing Harry Gladding there once, wearing a white fur coat, with several young men. If memory serves me correctly, they drove up in a white Rolls.

    Harry Lee and Tim did entertain royally. Some of the famous people who frequented their parties were Wallis Simpson with her husband the abdicated king Edward VIII and Liberace. Wallis' family and the Gladding's were close family friends.
