Yes, we are brothers. Even our languages have similarities that cannot be explained by mere coincidence. Thus, both in the Armenian language and in Hindi there are words that are absolutely identical in their pronunciation and meaning. For example, the word human in Armenian is written as follows (մարդ) and pronounced as (mard). In Hindi, the word human is spelled like (मर्द) and is also pronounced like (mard). And this is not the only coincidence that I was able to identify using Google Translate. Here is a complete list of words that I managed to find.
    1) Yes - हाँ(haan) - հա(ha)
    2) human - मर्द(mard) - մարդ(mard)
    3) cheese - पनीर(paneer) - պանիր(panir)
    4) pain - दर्द(dard) - դառդ(darrd)
    5) weak - कमज़ोर(kamazor) - կամազոր(kamazor)
    6) a boat - एक नाव(ek naav) - նավ(navak; nav)
    7) ten - दस(das) - տաս(tas)
    8) one - एक(ek) - մեկ(mek)
    9) Idependent - आजादी(aajaadi); आजाद(aazaad) - ազատ(azat)
    10) lie - असत्य(asaty); झूठ(jhooth) - սուտ(sut)
    11) lis - इस(es) - էս(es); այս(ays)

And there are Indians in Armenia, often times for continuing education like medical school. Caveat: I am not sure how the last war affected things, if they moved away.

Is there any connection with Armenians and Nair/nayyars of India?Nairs(white skinned) of kerala (Now they appear as hindus) is showing j2 haplogroup 36 percentage which is common haplogroup among Turkey( Ottoman empire), Iraqis, Azerbajan ,white jews and so on.... Nairi is used by Armenians as a first name for both boys and girls, as well as a name for a variety of products and businesses ranging from restaurants to movie theaters, magazines to publishing houses, hotels to cognac, and even computers. In the United States, especially in areas where there are large Armenian diaspora communities, many businesses, including beauty-salons, bakeries, and grocery stores bear the name Nairi. A famous example of this would be the "Nairi" brand of Armenian brandy produced by the Yerevan Brandy Company.
