I like smaller bags. My favorite was the mini glenna. It’s the perfect size for me. I bought the multi strap shoulder bag. I still haven’t used it yet. I’m scared I’m going to hate it.
I miss the mini Glenna. I have the multi strap shoulder bag somewhere but I don’t use it that much. I’m not sure why. But a lot of people seem to really like it. I’d be curious to hear what you think of it after you use it.
I also got rid of some great vintage items because of smells that would not go away. Storage was becoming an issue because I was afraid of putting those items with my other.bags and sharing the stink. I don’t know if it’s Febreeze or those awful dryer scent beads, but whatever it is has ruined vintage hunting for me.
Me too! Totally ruined! I’m the same way-I don’t want the smell transferred to my other bags and I can’t just keep the stinky ones hanging off of doorknobs or whatever forever. I have enough clutter and storage challenges without that added issue.
I’m not a fan of the recycled cotton because the bags seem flimsy and flop over if they are empty. I really miss the bells & whistles of my older bags, so much nicer and that’s what kept me wanting more. The patterns are so gorgeous that I still buy however it’s disappointing I hope they make some changes to justify the costs of the bags. I like the performance twill a lot and gravitate to purchasing bags in it. Nice review! Good to see you Happy NewYear!
Thanks for the shout out :) that caught me by surprise ;) I believe that Ultralight is all polyester, inside & out (of course I may be mistaken, don't think they disclose what the lining is made from)...and Featherweight is recycled nylon, which is what makes it feel different-more smooth & silky-compared to UL. Love that blue version of Exuberant Floral inside Vintage Denim solid color-they just recently made the green (which had been the interior for UL Sage) version of that as an exterior...so what are they waiting for, in making the blue version as an exterior already ? (insert eye roll here) I did have the SVT in Vintage Denim but when I culled my collection (bc I had 4 UL SVTs and let go of 2, since I rarely use them), that one went. I could only bear to part with it bc I have the ginormous, massive, sprawling UL Large Tote in Vintage Denim, too-so I get even more of that yummy inside pattern with that style.

Recently purchased several items in Terra Cotta color but just couldn't get past the quality and feel. Although the color was beautiful. Thanks for your videos.
Is terra cotta recycled cotton? I’m not as familiar with the solid cotton colors. Wasn’t there a performance twill that was that kind of color? Thank goodness the PT seems to still be the same quality as it’s always been.
The cotton paisley (in Winter Preview) is called Soft Sky Paisley-the pattern itself is a recolor of Featherweight Sand Paisley, but with pale blue background instead of cream. The PT dark gray solid color is Shadow Gray.
Thanks for this. I really appreciate it. Quick question for you: Do you think that it's possible to put a cross body strap from a carson and use it on the glenna? I want to get the glenna for my sister because I think she'd love it, but she has health issues that make crossbodies more comfortable for her. I was wondering if there is enough room in the strap hardware on the glenna to clip a crossbody strap effectively turning it into a crossbody purse. Thanks so much.
Yes, there’s enough room on the hardware. I put the strap from a crossbody bag on one of my Glennas once or twice and used it crossbody. I think it was the Bloom Boom Glenna actually, now that I think about it.

Love that cat's meow came back, even if the quality isn't the same. I have old and new both, and found cucumbers on the new version 🙀🤣

The large UL Vera tote would have been better for me. But by the time I saw this color, it was almost already gone from the store
