    i'm not following why you needed to create that rollup field in this case. was the lookup you did dependent on having the rollup? it seems like you could have just created the lookup alone. i guess i don't understand the purpose of rollups and how they help you understand your data more clearly.

    It is better to look up the linked field directly so you can click on it instead of your "Task name to be shared".
    You just need to create a field Order Diff Formula = Max Order Completed - Order # and then you filter to show only where Order Diff Formula = 0

      Crazy that we need this many fields to calculate a single value! I'd love more fields, but I also wish there was a simpler way to produce this result with fewer fields required!
