Hi, like your Caddy. I got a stock 72 Coupe Deville this year. Want to put 20 inch wheels on it. Would you be willing to tell me what size wheels (dia/width/ offset) and tires you have on yours. Thanks Ed
@desmondgriffin3924 oh nice, it's working its way back up! I'm up in Janesville but the guy I sold it to was down by Indy. I don't remember his name but I can try to figure it out.
Yes the original designers did an incredible job when they designed these cars... however they never lowered them like this with such tacky rims and it was not considered Classy..the thus the terms classy Cadillac's... whats the opposite of classy...
@@Brismo7 I guess others having a different opinion hurts others like you, ... but yea I do hate a lot of things in life.. I hate wars, I hate corrupt politicians, I hate thieves and rapists, crooked cops (do they come any other way) but I dont hate per say these tacky modifications I just dislike them to the point I think they are tacky and low class... but I understand there is a place in the world for them to show us what the true definition of tacky is.
@@Brismo7 but at least I will be hating from a classy styled car and not from a bagged one 😘 .. BTW dont take it so serious..its only the internet and we all have our own individual opinions... we can agree to disagree... .
beautiful. i kinda feel bad for it... you took it out of my awesome south western state only to make it live in winterland. : ( congrats to you, not the car. enjoy.
Is this in reference to it coming to the Midwest? It has a better life here than sitting outside in the AZ sun year round. It's in a climate controlled building and only comes out in the summer months when it's nice out.
@@WOTclub I own a 71 deville in PA and drive it year round just need to do good rust maintenance like undercoating and washing it down after driving on salted roads I don’t understand why people like this guy, buy cars they aren’t gonna drive and have fun with them. enjoy the 69’ you guys are good owners of it. Definitely better being driven then sitting to die in arizona heat.
I can't get enough enjoyment out of driving around town to justify dedicating the amount of time it would take to thoroughly and consistently remove all of the salt.
@@WOTclub No I'm not opposed to certain Modifications. When someone like Johnathan Ward of ICON does modifications he does it with class and dignity and respect to the original designers. I have no issues with his types of modifications and reformers, but there are certain types of Mods that fall into a class of tackiness and trash and these lowered bagged cars IMO fall into that trashy class because they are destructive and counter to the original designers design..
I don't think putting airbags on a car changes anything about the car other than how far off the ground it is. If adjusting the ride height is tacky then lifting a vehicle would fall in the same group.
To each their own as they say, but I agree they bastardize these beautiful cars and it always seems to be the same type of people who do it and think it looks so cool. I reeks of low class trash IMHO... someone who thinks "sinister" is a good thing and it never fails the person has a few tattoos and facial hair in some sort of a goatee or pony tail... ABSOLUTELY CRYING, I WANT ONE SO BAD 😭😭😭😭 I don't even have a licence yet, I gotta get on that...
I'm going to get mine on Monday
That's awesome! Congrats!
I would absolutely drive that 1700 miles home.
That was the original plan but it had too many issues.
This car is sitting in my driveway now just bought it yesterday
He sold it already?
Said he didn’t have time too drive it he traded it and cash too me for a platinum f350 I had
