Nice explanation about shoulder shimmy . I have a question is shoulder shimmy same as chest shimmy

Thank you! I haven't heard the term chest shimmies but I would imagine it would be the same thing as shoulder shimmies as the chest is also moving in that shimmying way There are chest pops too. They're different than shimmies but both chest and shoulders are also moving together there. With chest pops we move the chest forward and backward. They're fun to do as well - give it a go!
