Odoo now offers Voice-over-IP (VoIP) for all of its customers, right from within Odoo.
And just like all of Odoo’s other applications, Voice-over-IP integrates with other apps in the database, enabling sales and internal teams to stay on top of negotiations, projects, and more.
A few feature highlights for VoIP
• Make, receive, and forward calls from the Odoo dashboard and within any app inside Odoo.
• Integrated CRM pipeline activities and lead/customer data, right on the VoIP widget.
• Odoo Helpdesk integration: ticket creation and call queuing/scheduling from the VoIP widget.
• Conference calls, synced with Odoo Calendar.
• Dynamic caller ID for worldwide service.
• Scalable call architecture/infrastructure (dial-plans**): create in-depth decision trees for common and niche communication needs.
• Directed call forwarding: forward calls to specific departments, employee extensions or voicemail inboxes
• Customizable call logic: perform specific actions if lines are busy or a voicemail is reached.
