@@merchantnavycareerguidance well it was superseded by chief mates licence. we had to sumbit it along with the form when applying for chief mate licence.

Equivalence certificate is given only if COC is issued from India.

NWAC is which board ? Placement should be no problem. Eligibility for second mates have to be found out.
