can do kip up but backflips scary even though I can land belly flops easily I still don't have the courage to attempt a tucked backflip and more over the WHIPPING feeling we get doing a perfect tucked back flip
Thanks for posting a failure video like this. It keeps things in proper perspective in a world where everyone is posting highlights. Keep it up and I know you will be doing this I to your 50s. God bless!
1. Take your time *focus* 2. Focus on the technique and not just brute force 3. Dont just train and never win, train on the right things 4. Dont stop practicing because you're already succesful, keep practicing and perfecting the move 5. Have a physical condition that you need if you think too muscular would be too heavy then be light, otherwise if youre fine with being heavy, go ahead
Maybe but I believe that people with a lot of muscle can still preform these movements. Btw I know that people like the rock 🪨 actually can’t do stuff like that buuut I don’t believe in trying to lose any muscle at all just regulate it or stretch more often
Failure is part of success the more you practice the easier it comes we all fail at something in life but the more time and effort you put into it the better you become and as from what I can see you have succeeded in your journey to become an elite athlete so well done you for not giving up great video Lucas you are and inspiration to all that watch you👍✌️🤸
It´s important to note that you have to practice the *right* way though, especially with technical moves like flips. Simply getting more reps is pretty much useless if you land every rep wrong. You need to get some kind of feedback, either by filming yourself, or having a more experienced friend/coach correct you, or ideally both. Forcing yourself to do more flips when both your body and mind are tired is only going to make it worse.
Yeah, front flip is probably the hardest and most dangerous basic flip, tbh. I am landing them reliably now, but I still land a little bit low, and sometimes I land with my feet ahead of my body (that´s where those knee injuries happen, because then your entire body gets jammed against the ground). Until I start landing them basically on straight legs with my feet under my body, I won´t even think about taking it to concrete.
Man's too humble, love everything about his video even though I'm still struggling with a kip up after 2 years.
Same

You need someone who gives you confidence to push you to the limit !!!
"Owie" taking it like a boss! #respect

Even pigmie struggled double back on trampoline, respect to those few guys who landed standing double backflip.
Pigme isn’t a rotational flipper. He does tech and twists. So dub back would be hard for him
I will train with you brother one day for sure. Hustle is on ⚡... Keep inspiring...
