    LOVE these concepts of "drip feeding" and "exercise snacking"!!! Make recovery so much more managable and the idea of a real future becomes more possible.... much more of a reality!!❤❤❤!

    I love this, I have been doing 5 min workouts each day for a few weeks now and just in the last few days, I started to try to add a few dynamic stretches scattered throughout the day. This video make me even more excited- the “bringing up your baseline” thing
    Also, great tips on frequency over weight/intensity- thank you so much.

    More pearls of wisdom, huge thanks. I was doing, in the past, a decent fast paced walk [ when I felt better] but I will build up slowly with drip feeding myself movement sessions as I recover! Great stuff!

    Hi Toby, have you spoken about low blood pressure and CFS?
    Despite being very much into recovery, when getting my bloods the nurse tested my BP and told me to book in to see the doctor about it being low. Low BP has been an issue for me since I got CF.

      I have really low blood pressure as well, that gets worse on standing or sitting upright (orthostatic intolerance/hypotension). So far my doctor recommended that I take salt pills (the kind that have magnesium + potassium + sodium in them, not the sodium only ones)
      The salt pills help so much. Also compression socks.
