Hi, I´m from Germany and planing a trip to the bassin in april. Your video and the area looks great. Do you have any recommodations for windsurfing on the bassin? Is there a problem with the tides and the upcoming pulling outside to the open sea? Greetings
Sorry for my english… it depends on wich spot you will choose. From Andernos, at north east of the bassin, of course you need to manage your session around the high tides and the wind but there is no risk. The main problem is to have enough high of water. Near « les passes » (the entry of the bassin) it is different and be careful about current nearby Cap Ferret and La Dune Du Pyla… nearby we have very interesting spots on the lakes of Lacanau and Sanguinet…
