What's a "Micro Music Video"? A tiny, simple and hypnotizing video accompaniment to my songs. Rather than seeing a static image, I loved the idea of having a visual to get lost in while listening.

I have hearing problems due to the fact that I dont have a left eardrum, I was sitting on my bed waiting for the words to come but they didn't. That's when I realized they weren't supposed to..... I listened to the music as it poured into me, and that's when it was clear to me for the first time, its not about the words being said, its about the words unsaid and the words people can't hear. Its about expressing oneself only through feeling, and the only way to describe that is beautiful. I don't know, maybe I'm just hearing things.....

this song is like growing up.
how innocent and soft the first notes are and nearing the middle, your life gets more confusing, this is adolescence. As you get into adulthood, the notes become more and more intense. There's more going on, there's a lot to be figured out. There's joy, sadness, emptiness, fulfillment. It's all a mix. In the end, there's a chaotic calm.. In the chaos, you have finally found a balance. It's not gonna go back to the innocent and soft notes of childhood but you have settled down and found a balance that will help you live.

When I hear this song, I hear Jesus. The strength and gentleness. The great love he carries for us, when he carried that cross for us. Knowing us to the core and still doing it anyway. So we could be with Him always. This is what I hear. The simplicity that we so commonly let slip through our hands because we cannot fathom what it means to be completely known and completely loved. Beautiful song.

Of the five songs on this ep Hearing was the only one with no words, thus allowing you to not only hear but to listen every key and every instrument....your ability to hear is not a privilege everyone has but for those that do, it’s amazing that we can hear music like this and for it to resonate with you

It’s so rare to find artists these days that convey such feeling through their work. I love how the melody gets more intense as the song nears its end. The emotion in their music can vary depending on how you choose to interpret it. I close my eyes and drift away in their songs, and feel comforted knowing that someone feels the same way as I do.

This song makes me feel like I'm suddenly on the outside, looking at the entire world through glass. It makes me reflect on my entire life and acknowledge every beautiful and miserable moment. It's like it forces everything into perspective and makes me see everything as it is. I don't fucking know how music is doing all that but it's doing it. So beautiful.

last night I dreamt about my grandmother. she was a tiny woman with a little hump on her back. it strikes me that I cannot remember the details of her face, but of her hands. they were big, with thin soft fingers that would caress your face any time they could. she smelled good like fresh soap and had always a smile for her grandchildren and kind words only. it still pains me to think of her, but in a way like this song does. in a way like I know her love is not lost. it's still there somewhere and it's like I can grasp it at times. probably it's in me reflecting it on everything and everyplace I see and touch, in the sounds and beauty of life.

Words are incapable of conveying the meaning, value, emotion, and grasp of this song to everyone out there
If I ever became blind, this would be the first thing I'd want to listen to. The beginning especially makes me feel comforted and full of joy that no matter what happens I will be held by my father in heaven. Reminds me of when I was a child and something scary would happen or I'd be in a dark room and feel alone, I'd have to just face the fear and know that everything would be okay. That's the most comforting feeling in the world.
This makes me feel like I'm not in the world anymore but flying in the space. I don't know, it's just a weird feeling, but I love it.

I love that in the song called 'Hearing, the visual was of fire- more specifically, of silent fire. You can imagine without effort the quiet crackling, the subtle roar that always comes with small flames. Hearing isn't always factual; sometimes it's the things we don't have to hear to understand that are truly special.
I’m not sure why but this song makes me think about how sometimes you feel so strongly about something or someone that you are utterly consumed by it, like the fire consuming and burning up the paper, you love something so much you can ultimately be destroyed by it

You know, every time I listen to this song I feel like none of my ‘problems’ in life really matter anymore. This song is truly transcendent and just takes me to a place of peace and happiness. This is quite possibly my favorite song. It's especially beautiful without lyrics. Something about this song, at each crest in the music, makes me feel like it, rather than air and blood, fills my lungs and heart. It's peace and a home and the beauty of nature for me. I've been living with the people I babysit for and I'm going to be a live in nanny. They treat me so good. They treat me like I'm apart of their family. This song reminded me of the late night drives I have with my family every Saturday night (a little family tradition my family has). In Summer with the windows down and a cool breeze coming through them. All we can hear is my dad's music and all I can feel is a sense of calmness. Like even though I might be struggling through something, nothing is wrong, and everything is peaceful.

It is a little hard not to cry to these music videos. More people are listening to Country music, even though Country music is mostly about drugs and sex. More people need to know about Sleeping At Last, since they actually create good music.

For me this is how meditation on the emotion of loving kindness feels/sounds
I’ve been hearing impaired since birth. This means that I can hear but only slightly, and I struggle to hear particular sounds such as high frequencies. It’s not the same for everybody, people with hearing impairments can be moderate-severe. I will always worry about my future and whether I will become fully deaf when I’m older. If that day ever does come, and I lose my hearing forever, I will be forever grateful that I at least got to hear this masterpiece. Please take a moment to appreciate the instruments, sounds and overall melody, you never know when you might never hear it again ❤️
When fire heals you... It might burn, but if there us a chance that fire is working in a way you never thought it could, it can change the entire story. The music and visuals are a blessing thank you for letting me and others experience this, not just hearing it, but allowing it to feel part of us.

i loved the way the video started. the calmness of the paper's ashes. it shows how feelings can die after so many struggles and disappointments . but you loose so many thing in the process of grieving. don't end up like the paper don't loose your self
