Wow miss Liz I am shocked I didn't know such a huge community existed there in Providenceales but I feel the Government should of caused there to be more zone meaning houses should mention a certain look and standard it really looks like HAITI up in there.
Wow Denise! Where to begin....let's just say that the place is a law unto itself. Many persons living in the Turks and Caicos Islands only heard about the place but never visit it and propably will never do so. I hope you get the gist.
An average person making an average salary will only live by choice. This area is primarily a Haitian Community but as you can see they have made substantial investments. There are certainly many upscale areas in the TCI where average to medium-income families live.
@@misslizadventures thanks. I wonder this because as a typical American who sometimes visits the island, I hope the people I interact with (in my quite unrealistic and sheltered vacation life) are able to live in good conditions. The neighborhood you showed is very interesting and seems like a work in progress. They need to give you guys some better roads for sure! 👍
@@jeffrx with regards to the roads we are in agreement. Generally the majority of residents living conditions are good. This community is an exception , one of the reasons being that it is predominantly an immigrant community of a particular nationality who are some what isolated.
Felicidades por este programa.conocer es crecer
Nice view
My mom who lives in Provo says the cops are scared to go into this neighborhood.
She is correct. But as you can see where there is a will there is a way.

You saw it and you said it. I hope the authorities are listening and will respond accordingly.
Buenas noches

Thanks for sharing Cuz 👍
@@delaliajohnson6964 Thank you for watching
Love it
There’s about two murders a week on this island and most of them happen in this area.
Would an average person, say a waitress, working in a higher end resort live in a place like this or do they live in nicer areas?

@@jeffrx Cheers
those houses are legally built?
I don't think so!!!
The place is ugly and dirty and very dusty. How does the government let these anarchic constructions take place?
🤦
I hope the relevant authorities are watching and listening so that they can provide an answer to your question.
