I found this after I did some last minute online college work and I'm listening to it to try and fall asleep since I barely slept last night and Lyney's my personal favorite lately so I thought it would help! I'll give an update on if it helps or not in the comment edit :)
Edit: I fell asleep mid video and didn't realize until I woke up a couple of hours later because I fell asleep with my Bluetooth headset on and heard it beep loudly in my ears out of nowhere
