What escapes listeners a lot (because of the epic guitarists and keyboardists) is the rhythm trio of Glen Worf, Richard Bennett, and Chad Cromwell, who provide the underlying driving beat of the railroad train as it goes down the tracks.
This might be one of the greatest exhibitions of true pros at the peak of their skills.
So, if you're so perceptive...why did you leave out Jools Holland...?

@@edwardsmith5650, Sonny, a lawyer? I don't think so! He was playing trumpet since age 7 or 8, and picked up guitar as a teenager. Played in blues bands and with Zydeco master Clifton and Cleveland Chenier, until John Hiatt discovered him.
@@goodun2974 You are right. Don't know where I got the idea he was a lawyer at one time. Still , he is one of my favorites, with Bonamassa, and Mark Knopfler.
@@edwardsmith5650 Frankly, I find Bonamassa kind of bland. Have you heard Tab Benoit play? If not, you should, he's got way more fire than Bonamassa. One battered guitar, two small amps, no effects pedals, and he kicks ass!

I think it a chord he uses from eastbound train to make that train sound, along with a volume pedal for the volume swells, along with overdrive. At least that what it sounds like
