For those who were wondering why Viego CAME EARLIER IN PBE THAN KINDRED: It's cuz they THEY WANT TO TEST HIM OUT IF HE CAN ALSO PULL NUMEROUS BUGS in Wild Rift Cuz may i remind you for those who didn't know/who didn't play League PC: This champ is VERY INFAMOUS FOR CREATING NUMEROUS GAME BREAKING BUGS THAT PLAGUED LEAGUE PC FOR A FEW MONTHS before he became "Bug Free" nowadays
Now for those who still wondering what are Viego's abilities here's some breakdown: -Viego's passive allows him to possess the enemy champion upon kill or assists and heals for a percentage of their max health possessing a champion allows him to become them for a few seconds replicating all of their non-ultimate ablities, attacks, and item passives -Viego's 1st Ability is "Blade of the Ruined King": It comes with an active and two passives: The 1st passive just like the Ruined King item: Every basic attack deals a small percentage of the target's current HP as bonus damage The active: He stabs forward with his sword dealing damage Damaging an enemy with any spell triggers the 1st ability's 2nd passive: Which makes his auto attack strike twice the second attack deals a significant damage and heals Viego The 2nd passive also works if possessing an enemy champion -His 2nd Ability "Spectral Maw": Is a charged skill shot that can dash forward and hurl a projectile that damages and stuns the first enemy hit Also the longer the charge the longer the stun and keep in mind that his 2nd Ability CAN'T BE USED TO HOP ON TERRAINS -His 3rd Ability "Harrowed Path": Fires an orb that creates a trail of black mist where he can hide the ability haunts the first wall/terrain it hits covering the area for a few seconds When camouflaged by the mist Viego gains Movement speed and Attack speed His ult is "Heartbreaker": Abandoning any possess souls Viego teleports to a nearby location attacking the enemy champion with the lowest HP applying on-hit effects like his 1st Ability passive and slowing them Nearby enemies can be knocked back taking damage as well Take note that his Ult resets when possessing an enemy Champion Now for the runes: Kraken Slayer also works but Conqueror is a far superior cuz he can proc the rune FASTER For minor runes: Go for Triumph (or Brutal), then Coup de grace (or Giant Slayer), and Legend: Alacrity (or Legend: Bloodline) For secondary: Go for either Sudden impact, Empowered attack, Bone plating, or Transcendence For builds: Go for Blade of the Ruined King, Divine Sunderer (Tri-force is also a good option for Divine Sunderer), follow it with Death's Dance and Maw and finish it with either Guardian Angel, Black Cleaver, Titanic Hydra, or Wit's End For Boots: Go for defensive like Plated Steelcaps or Mercury's Threads or Offensive like Gluttonous Greaves For skill order: Start with 1st>2nd>3rd then max 1st>3rd>2nd For SummS: Go for Flash-Smite or Flash-Ignite (For Top/Baron lane) For enchants: Go for Teleport or Quicksilver

He isnt early in development he has 3+years in the oven for wr just that they delayed him this long to correct all of his bugs and glitcjes when they stopped in development he was already almost finished but they focused in getting the bugs clear more than little details such as skill icons
Viego focus on PBE is fixing potential bugs. ICON of your skills does not take 1 day to be placed when it is officially released. You are very emotional.
All of his Ability icons in the PBE are just a PLACEHOLDER cuz they were TESTING him if the Champion COULD STILL PULL OFF NUMEROUS GAME BREAKING BUGS just like what he did to League PC (Which lasted for like a few months) before they decided to release him throughout the entirety of Patch 5.1

I think the huge benefit from Kraken on PC is the junglespeed you get. In Wild rift you dont need this. I think trinityforce+botrk will do fine :)
