Student Police Cadet (SPC) Project is a School level youth development initiative by Kerala Police. Mr. P.Vijayan IPS (Deputy Inspector General of Police, Kerala, India) is the master brain behind the fabulous project. 4th state annual summer camp of the cadets held at SAP camp, Thiruvananthapuram on 2014 March 12 to 18. here the Alappuzha dist.
