I love watching Kibler play some Highlander decks (and crushing warlocks). Running a very similiar Reno Shaman and am amazed and how effective it is. I'm quite an average and new player and I have a 62% winrate over 37 games. A couple of notes... 1) I found Framester to be such a good addition to this deck. It shuts down other Reno decks and causes Overload disruption. 2) No Cactus Cutter for me (I found it doesn't proc as often as I like), so I put in an Amalgom of the Deep for extra discovery.
I thought the snake should be a deathrattle so the most you could get is two of it activating with that 2 mana spell warlock has that makes deathrattle happen twice
I think that would make it feel too bad to play, since if you don't have anything to activate it, it can just whiff completely. Excavate legendaries are supposed to feel like a big immediate payoff.
Thoughts on replacing Dirty Rat or Theotar with Jive Insect in ETC? It feels like Rat and Theo both fill the disruption role whereas Jive Insect would help race decks with longer term game plans. Regardless, I’m absolutely loving the return of Highlander decks! Keep it up!
I say damage has to go down and it needs to not steal but just do damage and add health to the warlock equal to that to warlock's health. the problem is the very mechanic of permantly stealing health that goes through armor, immunity and divine shield is just not something this game can balance.
it takes away the flavor of the card. Warrior can make tons of armor with little mana, so whats the point of the card, then? A treasure that is just a cheap pyroblast? I would suggest to keep the steal but low the amount of life to 7 or 6
Best fix for the snake is to transform it into a spell and put it back to 4 mana and there is no way to bounce it back,simple fix to stop abusing obviously busted broken card or just make every class excavate neutral so it's harder to spam snake.
why no one is talking about health threshhold snake has, you just cant heal urself above 10 hp, and just getting killed by another snake , is it healthy for the game?
If you think about it, frog staff is just a reverse Rattlegore.
So Kibler should shout Erogelttaaaar! every time one spawns.

It's honestly so easy to find in this deck off of discovery.
Druid: 3 mana draw two and destroy your hearing ? what a value.
Would just making the snake unbouncabel work as a nerf?
It would, but that would also be inventing new rules and therefore a much more complicated fix.
