Yesss! I need to start bartending! How did you get trained to become a bartender for hooters??
Yessss, it’s so much better than being on the floor lol. But, basically at my store, you have to work your way up on becoming a bartender & be in good standing with the company. We lost a few bartenders after COVID so I was next in line to train behind bar and become a bartender. Training is easy, you will train for about 3 days with a bartender at your store during her shifts and once you feel you have it down pack, you will start on your own. Hope this helps!
When your hired will the train you to work as a bartender w/out experience?
Hey, yes, you don’t have to have bar experience to be a bartender at Hooters. However, you may need to work as a Hooters Girl first for 6 months- 1 year before they allow you to train on bar (depending on your specific store/rules kind of vary depending on management)
