Its simple way to reactived your sealed batteries, mostly after 1 or 2 years the liquid inside the cell will gone. We can put additives and distilled water mix 70:30. 70% of additives liquid (battery acid) and 30% of distilled water. Simple use the hygrometer to keep good mixed liquid to put inside the cells. Filled until the fiber become wet. Charge it and diacharge about 50% and again charging it until full charge.

though you havd not responded any commemt but still asking "by each cell you mean we should have to divide the solution in halves for positive and negative terminals ? or just pour full amount of made solution.
As I can assume, add 10 ml (of printer head cleaner solution from any computer parts shop) to 40 ml of de-ionized water, and mix thoroughly. If the battery is 100 Amp h, then add 10 ml to each of the 6 cells. Do not overfill and do not use any acid.

Additive is battery acid, specifically sulfuric acid (H2SO4). In the US it is available in auto parts stores, and some hardware stores. Pure sulfuric acid is way too strong for a battery, and will destroy it. It needs to be diluted INTO distilled water. ALWAYS “add acid to water (“watah”) just as you oughta (ought to). This is a mnemonic from my chemistry class to remember to add concentrated acids to water, instead of adding water to the acid. The acid can heat up, boil over, or worse if you add water to acid. The water MUST be distilled, because the minerals in tap water, bottled water, spring water, boiled water, and everything else will ruin your battery permanently.
I have two of the NorthStar 100ah batteries and both were dead when I got them and when i tried charging them, they don't keep the charge and one was running really hot. Can I use this same method and repair them both? And why only one was running hot?
@@jumsatheone I dumped them both. The one that was running hot didn't work at all but the other one gave me a small run then was useless again so they both went in the trash.

The addivite is Epsom salt available in pharmacies or lemon juice.
Noooo! It is sulfuric acid, those other chemicals aren’t going to permanently fix it. Epsom salt is at most a temporary fix.
