Very helpful! My wife is running and we just watched your other video last night about race morning. We also plan on using the shuttle to Back Bay. I'm really glad to know it's so easy to use!

So glad to hear it was helpful! Yes, the Back Bay Express is awesome! I forgot to mention in the video, but on the way back TO the airport it is only $3 a person, and the bus driver gives you a ticket to go through a special line when you get to TSA at the airport. There was a long line and we were able to jump right to the front (think lightning lane at Disney), so that alone was well worth the $3!

@@EfirdStrong thanks for the additional info!. I remember seeing that the return trip is $3, and I think I can purchase those online. I didn't know about the ticket at the airport. That's awesome!

I'm comming from Barcelona, and I'm a bit overwhelmed with the amount of oficial information given to the runners. But at the same time I don't want to miss anything, given that this is provably my only chance to run Boston. So your videos have helped me a lot!

Thanks so much for commenting. We are so glad they have been a help to you! It can be overwhelming for those of us in the States, so I can only imagine coming from another country! I hope you have a great race!

Maybe one of the main reason Boston doesn't have pacer because the course is very tactical course and weather is hard to predict. It's hard for pacing strategy to maintain the pace and time to finish. Unless the pacer must be very experience on the course in each particular finished time.

Great video(s). My first in 10 days, aged 57 3/4 after 10 years of “screw you a-holes, i am going to get this dine” after 2013 unfolded……
I managed to get into the Copley ( marathon central) from Friday through Tuesday……any “must do” tips for there ( press conferences, etc)….long room events?

So exciting! Copley Square is great! That's right where I stayed last year. I'm not sure about events at the hotel, but definitely check the expo schedule. There are some awesome Q & A panels lined up for Saturday afternoon. I've also seen some shake-out runs, book signings, and meet & greets through the various stores (Marathon Sports has a lot going on!)

Thank you for these videos from a first timer!
Also, you mentioned how you cab move back corrals or waves, but not forward. I also believe I've heard that you can't move back waves into the first corral of that wave.

Great point! I had forgotten that, but I do vaguely remember reading that somewhere last year.

Oh. I meant to say that you reused the last video title by accident!
