One of the biggest plot twists I never expected was Angela having a twin brother and Principal Clanton being the father of both Angela and A. And I didn’t expect that Clanton is the one who sent those mysterious gifts to the mothers.
Bailee Madison was made for this role !! One of the best scream queens of the younger generation 👑🔪❤
first time I ever saw her was on a show called Holliston. a sitcom show based around horror movies. she appeared in season 2 episode 5. she must have been around 13 or so at that time. maybe younger. but she was playing an Orphan type character. as in an older woman pretending to be a young girl. she's very creepy and threatening in the episode towards the ex girlfriend of the guy who's she dating. but she's nice to everyone else. she was amazing doing the character and the cast loved her alot that they decided that they were going to bring her back for season 3. but sadly the network that carried the show canceled it. supposedly cuz they couldn't afford to continue the show.
It will never not make me laugh that the principal called the girls into the office in ep 1 for the things they did to Karen knowing he and Archie actually did them ahsjsjsj
So happy that a season 2 is happening.
The fact that they depicted chip as such a sweet ,and caring character made me so pissed off ,at him obviously when this was revealed that his true colors were so hidden is just unnerving but, a good remainder under the surface of who people actually are.
I'm so proud of the girls standing up for themselves in the show it made me really happy also did anyone not laugh their head off when A chased after him out of there kinda like their own personal attack dog.

I’ve been waiting for your reaction to the season finale and I’m glad it’s finally here… I’m so excited for season 2 and seeing how this episode played out, I’m freaked out for next season and I’m glad that all of the relationships are thriving and that everyone who should’ve been punished got what they deserved; but my favorite thing had to be Imogen’s fight scene with A, Bailee Madison carries the show❤❤❤
There’s been articles written about this but yeah the fact that Ezria is who adopted the baby is super weird given the show’s continued attempts to be more aware of predatory relationships
Its real life. Glad the show didn't rewrite or remove it. It fits right in their story from the ending of PLL. Just bc its frowned upon doesn't mean we need to erase events that still happen today
@@JADTO who’s asking them to remove what they did? They could’ve just given the baby to another one of the couples on the OG show that weren’t predatory and abusive relationships. Or better yet just not done that and done another kind of final Easter egg.
It makes sense that the Principal was sending the text because he had all their phone numbers most likely in the school records. It will be interesting to see if there will be a new "A" next season and if they will tell us where Tyler's body is. Because right now, his dad would be prime subject to be the next villain against the girls
Um, what school gets the students cell phone numbers? I can see the school having the parents cell numbers, but the students...pretty sure he got their numbers from Karen's cell phone...that is the only way, or imogenes moms cell phone, but not student records.

In PLL Spin off PLL the perfectionists it was mentioned Aria and Ezra Adopted a girl and called her Katherine Ella (after Aria’s Mom) Fitz.
In the spin off Emily divorced Alison and took the twins.

I've been waiting for your reaction to the finale! I have so many thoughts and a lot of mixed feelings about the finale. First off, I was kind of wrong and but also right about who A was. I thought it was Angela's mom (which they still haven't told us what happened to her, maybe we'll find out if there's a season 2) and I thought her mom might have had help from someone close to Angela as well, like either the dad or another family member. So I was right about the dad being involved but that's about it. I did think since the beginning that maybe Angela had a twin that was A because that's what they did in the original PLL show and in the book, but I was hoping they would have taken this one in a different direction, so I dismissed the twin theory until the end.
I was not expecting the principal to be involved or for him to be Angela's father. I was shocked at that cause he was barely seen throughout this season and there weren't any clues or hints to his involvement. This is where some of my mixed feelings come in. While it was an interesting twist/reveal to learn about the principal's involvement, I feel like they could have given us some subtle clues/hints earlier on, especially during some of the mom's flashback scenes. Not giving us any clues and just saying it was the principal this whole time feels way out of left field and like they just did it to shock the audience. You might as well have told me Madame Giry (ballet teacher) orchestrated the whole thing cause she was Angela's favorite aunt and she wanted revenge for her niece. That would have made about as much sense as the principal being her dad and doing all of this.
A good mystery, imo, is one that will give you subtle clues to be able to figure it out, but still surprises you with the twists, so when you go back and look at everything you're like, "wow, all the pieces and hints were right there and I still missed it." 🤯 But that's not what this does. This gives you a mystery, gives you all the wrong clues (which they should give you BOTH right and wrong clues so they can mislead you, but still give you a chance of figuring out the mystery), and then says, "hey, aren't we clever? You never guessed who it actually was." Well, no shit we never guessed it cause you didn't give us any of the right clues. 🙄
As for Chip being the rapist and attacking both Imogen and Tabby, that was another shocking twist. He really seemed like such a good guy. I actually plan to rewatch the series from the beginning and see if I can pick up on anything in the beginning that would have led us to believe it was Chip, cause up until he first accompanies Imogen to the adoption agency, he seemed like such a nice and normal guy. Again, this kind of feels like it was done just to shock the viewers with the reveal.
Some of these characters' actions are not lining up with the type of character we're presented with in the beginning. Imogen's mom choosing to leave her and the baby (which if she did, then what was with the bloody A on the bathtub wall? Why write that if it was a suicide?), Chip being the rapist when there was no indication of his character being capable of doing such a thing, and even A/the principal choosing to kill Imogen and the baby just because he can't "punish" her mom, when A has always just punished bullies. Imogen and her baby are innocent and they're not bullies yet he was going to punish her anyway. All of these actions don't line up with the type of characters these people are presented as in the beginning. And I know people can change, but these are some pretty big drastic changes that occur in a short period of time, which makes me think it was done just to shock the viewers and there wasn't much thought put into it. I love good twists & turns, but they have to make sense with the characters we know and the story that's being written.
Also, the fight scene with Imogen and A is a scene I know a lot of people loved, but that was another one that I had mixed feelings about. While I admire and appreciate that they show Imogen's strength and determination to do whatever it takes to protect herself and her baby, and this was an intense scene that keeps you on the edge of your seat, I also think it wasn't necessary. You know how in earlier episodes Tabby has issues with horror movies that gratuitously depict graphic rape scenes and she says those scenes are unnecessary? That's how I felt about the fight scene with Imogen and A. Research shows that homicide is the leading cause of pregnancy-associated deaths in the United States (www.liebertpub.com/doi/10.1089/jwh.2020.8875). And here, we're shown a scene where a pregnant TEEN has to fight and survive a masked killer. Was that really necessary? To me, that scene just went a bit too far.
Overall, I think this was a decent finale. I liked that everything gets wrapped up and we know who A is and it isn't dragged out. They did tie up most of the loose ends and didn't leave us with major cliffhangers, which I really appreciated. If there is a season 2, it'll be interesting to see where they go with this, but this season wrapped up well enough that I'd be ok if they didn't do a second season.
And I did think at first when they mentioned the adoptive parents being in Rosewood, that it would be Emerson's baby. Wasn't expecting Aria and Ezra, but now that I think about it, didn't they did say at the end of the original PLL series that Aria and Ezra were going to be adopting or in the process of adopting? So I guess it makes sense, though I wish Ezria wasn't endgame. If there is a season 2, it'll be interesting to see if any of the original liars will make a guest appearance now that they're kind of connected to the new show.

Ezria is so frustrating like the actors have amazing chemistry but I hate the trope so much! 🤣 I will say it was great continuity from PLL that Ezria adopt the baby since in PLL it was revealed Aria couldn’t have kids. Ifs so conflicting since the actors themselves look the same age so it didn’t visually look predatory like Wes and Tabby. But the actors have such amazing chemistry so it is so conflicting to me??

I think it would be insane if Angela is still alive and she faked her death to make them notice her. I thought about how Alison was still alive and how A has a team like in the original but A is actually Angela. I know she fell to her death but I’m wondering if there is some sort of illusion since people are partying and maybe the visual is unreliable. I wanted Alison to be A watching the original so I would love if Angela is the true A.
They made it THEIR baby because Aria couldn’t have children, the rest could. Alison had a baby with Emily, Hannah and Caleb pregnant, idk much about Spoby
