Yeahhhh, the Thompson is one of my favorite weapons for cqb. Great firepower and decent recoil plus you get to feel red white and blue streaming through your veins
Possibly, but hey you gotta do whatcha gotta do. If it’s strong enough to make the hair fall off of your chest than it handily also works as a paint removing tonic ;)
Dude if the 1921 had the fire rate cap it would be the best Thompson. But the premium 100 rounder has it beat because of the fire rate cap (less recoil)
I'm a Axis main, as BR II I am uptiered against the soviets 3 times out of 4, whilst US it's either equal or downtiered slightly more often. BR III it's equal across the board, seems to be more players here (with maybe a slight uptier to the soviets but it's not really noticeable).
@ The Panzer III N is a beast, it’s fast, well armoured, manoeuvrable, dual machine guns and has great turret traverse, not to mention the tactical nuke HE. I feel like a mech-warrior when driving it. Sadly, it’s only fault is AT capability, can’t front-pen almost any BR III tank, and also the Grant/Lee when angled. I have essentially stoped playing solo at BR II, I just didn’t like having the possibility of facing BR III soviet tanks with no counter measures other than aircraft or spending half the game trying to flank with a guerrilla TNT charge (seriously, throwable TNT bundles are somehow ineffective against a KV-1 it’s ridiculous, and even flanking one with the Grb-39 won’t help you you still can’t pen it).
@@oggetheking7245 BR II Germany isn't any good with AT to begin with. But the panzer III N, panzer IVs, and all their infantry and aircraft make it incredibly formidable. Not at all useless when uptiered
@@appllwithmemes I don’t know if you missed the point of my answer, “everything else is good” is in no way a rebuttal to my complaint?. BR II Axis can’t deal with uptiered tanks except through air (which is already occupied half the time) or (suicidal) TNT charges, and I didn’t find that compelling gameplay which is why I switched.
I mean the Thompson just has that ICONIC mix of Wood and Metal, its just a SEXY gun. Although I must admit the way they implement it in Enlisted makes your head Hurt. Cus Historically you start with the 1921 tommy gun, then I think you get a 1928 version, then you get the Classic M1 Thomson, then the M1A1 Thompson. Meanwhile in enlisted the Thompsons and Tommy guns are just scattered ALL OVER THE PLACE! But hay, we you need put alot of 45 ACP down range, Accept no substitute then a Chicago Typewriter. GOD I can't wait to get M1 Garand, those sights are just SO GOOD, plus everyone loves a good PING! The PING is so iconic it even made it into a Battlefield Trailer.
0:58 I get up tiered EVERY SINGLE GAME! Even at br 1, I get up tiered and end up fighting tier 3, which should not happen anymore because it’s a “hard rule” now. I even fought a panther when I was in br2.
Getting up tiered is pretty usual as Allies, especially when you're up against Japan. The other way around is also common. I've seen Crusaders in my BR1 Japan games.
The Thompson .30 is just the AR thompson. You may say its hit power is barely higher, but it has like quadruple a regular thompsons bullet velocity, so it is a much more AR like gun
The tompson even though not the best gun ever in the game, is far from bad, which is how it is sadly looked upon in the game lol. I feel like if they reduce the horizontal and vertical recoil especially on the 50 round tompson, it will make it a little more competive against mainly the STG 44. Still a great weapon tho regardless, glad to see it
Thompson isn't viewed as bad. And the Americans have a 20 round StG with twice the damage (that can be used by any rifle-related class), they don't need the Thompson to be buffed to be more like it.
@ no it’s jus I try close quarters and some mid range and it’s jus I believe they should have either lowered their tier on the first two or just buffed them up because they aren’t very competitive against other factions top smg/ assault rifles
@@jaxenw4514 PPSH and Tokyo arsenal are the best SMGs, and they aren't supposed to compete with the ARs, that's what the ARs are for. But up close and personal you're going to beat an AR more than half the time
1945 colourised
You should build a volkssturm lineup for a video. I made one (its BR V) and its very fun. Had some incredibly good games with them too

And also you don't waste rounds with the American one
@@appllwithmemes I thought everyone was saying the NKVD had the least recoil of all of them
@Schmorgot easiest to control yes. But most certainly not the lowest. It shoots almost twice as fast as regular thompsons

Uptier as BR2 axis is rough. No tanks are usable and the AT weapons are garbage. The MP40 is the only saving grace.

Can you please make a tips and tricks video to show how to help level up soilder better in the United States side.

And much more accurate than all others Thompson
Somehow someway the Thompson M1928 USMC scratch that one itch of me, and i love it
One of the worst Thompsons tbh
hi I have a question, how do you lean around the corner (and aim/shoot) on PS5 and PC?
The Pain!!!
such a good video, I love watching your gameplay since mine is so bad :)
The Thompson is iconic ( for a reason?)
Ah perfect timing
We got the 30 cal now too
The 1928 variant is my favorite.
This game is still alive wow
Almost got the Thompson unlocked !!
Hol up gangers had ts as weapons back then💀
Cold you please do a grease gun video it would be a lot of fun (day 8)
can u play the jumbos plz
I always get up scaled
why do your guns sound so different????
Yeah I’m wondering this too
Sound mod but idk the name
He's using Bigote's sound mod, if you want to give it a try. I think he has a tutorial for it somewhere on yt
make a tiger 2 vid pls

I still think the irons are doodoo ass. Except for the BSA
You're probably using the M1A1 then. The rest are perfectly fine
I just started playing enlisted but I totally suck lol 😂😂 need better guns because I can’t shoot a lick and don’t get me started on the tanks
Yeah idk I unlocked all the Thompsons n they weren’t terrible but also not good they need better smgs for America
The Thompson is the best close quarters SMG only losing in TTK to the cönders MG. And it shreds at long range. The Thompson is incredibly good

There should be a Thompson at BR 2
There is. Its a gold order. I run a squad with them.
There is also a premium squad that you can't unlock anymore with Us marine raiders and 20 round mag Thomson :)
Thompson is too good. You'll just have to wait to see if they sell the M28 Marines again
And plus, the grease gun is one of the best SMGs in the game, you'll make it without a thompson
Can't even win a game eny moore been nurffed to death....why
