Eliana Vlogs In Japan people wear scrunchies even now and in 80s. Scrunchies sold in stores in Japan now offer different styles to what we had back in 80s. I recall scrunchies in 80s, and now way cooler and more gorgeous with luxurious fabric and toned down colors and more textures.
