I sleep to this every night. I play it on my phone on my nightstand. And I discovered that played on my TV is even better. It picks up the deeper bass tone.
i cant sleep without podcast, maybe i slept as child too much in rooms with adults talking, but this hum is great to overlay the noise form the dude above
One of the best thing in my life, was when my mum and me used to go on a holiday. She carried me to the car while I was still asleep, and she woke me up while on the road to the seaside.
Works for me! Woke up in the middle of the night, and normally can’t get back to sleep for a couple of hours. Very frustrating. I found Brown Noise helps. Then I discovered this Low Bass Hum works really well. Back to sleep in 15 minutes. I’m thankful it’s available.
It is wonderful…..I want to love it….am I going to be jarred awake by a commercial? I struggle to get 4 hours of sleep a night….i have ptsd from Kroger commercials playing LOUDLY just as I was falling asleep
I've realized that all of these ambient sound videos play differently on everyone's devices. And the lower the tone, the harder it is to play loud. This one plays super loud on my TV. On my phone, all the way up is perfect, but can't go louder. I've listened to others, and there is a static crackle. Some hear it, some don't. So it depends on the device and how it handles certain frequencies.
I combined 4 sounds of my own, and lowered the pitch, so that it is completely unique. You can even hear a slight crackle because of all of the editing. I created it specifically for myself. I had an idea what I wanted, and then made it. Some of the "brown sounds" had the sound I like, but had a higher pitch than what I personally like. I determined I wanted lower bass, with the shhhhh sound. So again, what you hear, I created entirely from scratch for myself, and I play it every single night on my phone next to me. It sounds even better on the TV. I sleep like a baby. The lower bass hum can be played louder than some of the other brown noises with higher notes to them. Higher notes at higher volume can snap you out of REM sleep. Whereas bass can be played higher and keep you in sleep.
Really low bass frequencies can't be played really high unless the speaker can handle it. For example, if you play this through a really good car stereo, the volume can be really high. But phone speakers just can't handle low bass, but at high volume. The frequency will cause a crackling sound. To compare, play it on a TV and compare to your phone. The TV can play it louder. I keep it on the nightstand next to me at full volume, and feel like it's perfect. Loud enough to put me to sleep, but not so loud I wouldn't hear an intruder or someone at the door.

Shout out to everyone who had to get driven around in the car to get to sleep when they were little 🤘

only way to get me asleep was to throw me in front loading tumble dryer for 15min
@@ar-visions heh. I guarantee there’s a tumble dryer video on here 👍
dude my parents hated driving me anywhere when i was a kid they would've just let me die of sleep deprivation before doing that every night
Perfect, I love it! 10 hours too in case I want to sleep in.

I've used it for 1 year now. No commercials the entire time.

Volume is too low. Playing on phone. Can't hear a thing.
Buy a better phone. I can hear it perfectly.
