I remember Jane in the songs that are so beautiful, It can't rain all the time; a song too sad to listen because it was dedicated to the late Brandon Lee's untimely demise.... And "Calling all angels."
I first saw Jane in a bar downtown Buffalo in the early 80's. My friends and I hung around after her concert, to which she and her band mates we open to saying hi to us. She was incredible then and after viewing this video she has just gotten better.
What a great capture, the 2 cam work, the sound recording, the editing, great job!! It reminds me of my capture of the Tootie Concerto 2005 in a venue, but I was invited to film in her dowstairs LOGE, but my end product was posted on WHA? youtube when it just appeared, and so the quality of 2005 was low-rez, but it felt so great then to know so many people were watching...
Hi Jane--No wonder I had a sense that I felt like I knew--I finally made the connection--when I saw your "MeMe on the Beach video"--I have epilepsy so my memory is not in great shape--please accept my apologies for not recognizing you--Wallace Braveheart and I loved--however brief our special unscheduled "Playdate" in my backyard yesterday--Meeting you and your dear pal (Gwyllym) was a special cherished union for both Wallace and me--thanks for your cd--Wallace and I danced and sang along to it today--decided to take a break from ghostwriting cookbooks today and just enjoy your spiritual and uplifting musical expression! Please try and stay connected--I tried to send you an email but the email on your cd wasn't recognized--until we meet again our dear friends (Jane and Gwyllym)--keep spreading your message through your unique musical expression!
