Oh Noraly! What a training day! I cannot believe how well you are doing and conquering the steep climb was awesome! The terrain was so so steep! It even looked steep on the GoPro so I can only imagine how it really looked. You are going to do so awesome in Mexico. Mason and his family were so nice to help put you on the road to success! Great training video with awesome scenery!
Thing is...when you are at top of a hill looking into a valley followed by a hill, it messes with your perspective. The upcoming hill will always look steeper than it is. It's crazy how fast your skills will improve riding with someone faster than you as long as you are on semi-equal equipment. I wonder what springs are in the Beta? Might be a little stiff for her weight/speed?

It’s great you were able to ride with someone like Mason, just following a good riders line, you learn a lot and it pushed you to ride hill climbs and descents you probably wouldn’t have rode by yourself. Thanks for the video, take care.
The hard thing to learn about downhills is to look as far out in front of you as you can. Pull the clutch in and let it roll. Imagine it's just a flat section. How fast would you be going if it was flat?
Well done Noraly for facing up to your fears. And hats off to you for not editing out your nervousness. I’ll be honest, I had my eyes glued to the track ahead and also missed some of the stunning scenery. Love your grit and determination.
What to say? Noraly is becoming a real PRO. Seeing the journey made in this episode leaves you speechless. A big thank you to Mason and his family for all they have done for "our" Noraly!✌👍👍👍
Noraly, I admire your courage and determination - always willing to learn more, and improve your skills. Congrats for facing your fears head on, and just going for it on that fiercely steep terrain. What a great coach Mason is, unassuming but seriously talented. Will definitely follow and support his Dakar journey. Very best wishes to you both on your upcoming rally races!
I enjoy watching the traveling videos but this series for me is the best. I found myself squeezing the tank with my knees and moving my head to avoid the bushes and then remembered I'm sitting in my chair in the living room. Hoping Mason does well and stays safe at Dakar and I'll be watching the whole rally.
What an incredibly beautiful area to train for the rally! It was really great of his family to take you in and provide support and encouragement. You have vastly improved since your early days and will conquer the challenges of Baja. Ride safe Noraly!
Amazing! As an old Enduro rider.. that was just awesome. Noraly, Slow is Smooth. Smooth is Fast. You're doing so well. Don't hesitate to give your bike some throttle! One of the things you might try is going through a section several times and experiment - push the envelope and see what works and what doesn't. I can't wait to see your Rally!
I grew up on the back of my dad's motocycle till I could ride my own. I was fortunate my dad encouraged me to ride as a young female. Watching this reminded me of my off road adventures in some of these same areas, some of my fondest memories were riding and exploring wide open spaces. I'm now recovering from 4th knee surgery and hoping to ride again some day.🤞🏼🏍Thanks for sharing your excellent riding adventures!
Thank you Noraly and Mason for such a wonderful ride from one of the old riders sitting at home in WA. It is 7% out side here and a foot of snow on the ground. I have never raced any thing but I love to ride the back roads. It just feeds my soul with joy and peace.
Hey my home town, I turned around on those trails with my T7. The down hill slopes being as steep as they are, as well being rutted out from the rain. Was beyond my skill level. Props to you for braving them and making it down safe!
Thanks Noraly, for introducing me to the world of rally racing and to Mason Klein. Now it will be so much fun to have someone to cheer for and follow in the Dakar rally. Go Mason!

Not sure how to say this, i do not want to offend. While this is interesting, i miss those beginning days starting in India. I can only imagine your feelings when you reflect where you came from and now. It seems a lifetime. I am 73, while not as adventurous of a life, it has been interesting. The end is near, and I wish my life had been different. So much of it was stolen by others, primarily by spouses. Thank you for taking us along.
I am happy that you got to experience this riding before you participated in a real rally. I am finishing up my casual winter training. And planning to begin training 9 weeks before a weekend charity bicycle ride for MS. I am sure that the type of riding you will be doing is appropriate for younger riders because their bodies are more flexible. After age 50, I started riding with slightly wider tires because bones break when an older person falls. I am now 74; still riding because aerobic training is causes blood flushing through my body. That has kept me strong and healthy.
When I was riding back in the 80's to straighten the front end you would get off the bike and walk to the front of the bike, put one leg on either side of the forks and put you left hand on the right grip and your right hand on the left grip and just twist your body, usually works.
Already watched Charly's video of the Rally, saw you and him talking. He was glad to finish it, let alone get a place! I hope this training helped your efforts in the rally. Glad Mason is helping you, Charly even missed some turns and appears easy to do. GREAT hill climb!! Awesome!! Let it go girl, don't be afraid, you've done far too much riding to worry. Stay safe
Hi Noraly, what an amazing ride we had today, the scenery and everything was just out of this world. Mason is a really good person to show you all the ropes and even lrt you ride his bike. Your enthusiasm and energy to to this is awesome. Just think in the long run you will have all the experience to someday also do the Dakar. Cannot wait to see what is installed for us on Wednesday. Crap! You came through my town of 15,000 and I didn’t see you. Who doesn’t want to meet someone so cool. No hay problema. Espero verte motto algún día. Good luck!
Your riding appeared more confident , stronger and faster by the end of that session.Mason is a great teacher and just quietly infused self belief in you, saying be cool you will do it, no big deal.... plus the move to make you ride the bigger better bike- automatically made the Beta bike seem easier and less intimidating to you as you started to push and manoeuvre the machine much more easily and fearlessly, trying harder to extract more from it....Great Fun Noraly..beautiful terrain....all the very best..maxx it. Vamos
Noraly, This is an awesome episode, seeing and hearing you so happy and excited trying new terrains, new bikes and having mentors to learn new thing is very inspiring. 🤩 I can't wait for new episodes. 🌟
Great line choices on that hill climb. I'm always watching as if I was riding the bike myself and you rode it exactly like I would have. Downhills are always tougher, but you did great there too.
I am so impressed with your riding and willingness to try new things . Every new form of racing is a learning experience from day one . Some racing like motocross and Road Racing is flat out . But the smart racer doesn't override their skill and knowledge , watches the leaders for their skills and always tries to do better . You are a smart rider Noraly and I know you will do well...( at your pace ) . You have that competitive instinct . Good luck and have fun ! PK
I don't mean to take over, but I love these episodes!!!!! Congrats to Noraly for your courage and skill. I relived old memories through your adventures. By the way, my brother and I always wanted to race, Dad & Mom put an end to that. Hi everyone responsible. I am 68 now, and rode California desert with my family and friends all though my teenage years and beyond The bikes included a modded Suzuki 185, an Ossa Pioneer 250, a Bultaco Pursang 250. We had a blast! we would go out in groups and our teacher was a man who rode in the expert class. We learned so much. We used to ride what is called a "hare and hounds", the loop was typically 60 to 100 miles. We knew where we were by following the ribbons tied to the sagebrush. I have a comment about bikes then and now. Back then anyone seriously riding the dirt rode 2-stroke bikes. Why? lighter, cheaper *much* better acceleration (and that sound) and no valves to worry about. Since most 4-strokes didn't fit the bill, (As in Honda) they were not taken seriously by competitive riders. Now after a long lapse, getting back into riding, (but no-longer dirt) I see the modern dirt bike as big in displacement, 4-stroke, and heavy, not a dirt bike as I grew up with. I see times have changed. So why did 2-stroke bite the dust? (sorry, couldn't resist) to put it simply, emissions. What a shame. Thanks California Air Resources Board.

Best of luck Mason, we'll hear great things from you. Thanks Noraly, so much fun.
Nice to see you overcoming your fear and improving your skills! Looks like great training! 🇺🇸
Stay safe
Yeah, watching Noraly train for the rally and meanwhile see her in Charly's video is heavily bewildering 🤣🤣🤣
California loves itchy boots. Welcome back!
I hope he makes it, i will be racing at Dakar. Can't wait!.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, shows the difference between a talented amateur and a professional. They make it look effortless.
It is awesome that the family took you into their house to stay for the training days. You are such an inspiration to so many people watching your channel. Keep safe out there and God Bless. You have the best channel on youtube. 🇿🇦💯💪🙏👍
Crap! You came through my town of 15,000 and I didn’t see you. Who doesn’t want to meet someone so cool. No hay problema. Espero verte motto algún día. Good luck!
Your skill set is growing exponentially.
That route was beautiful, but very intense.
Cheers to Mason for taking you under his wing.
Go for it!
You got your hands full with this endeavour Noraly.
Such a young guy is doing great stuff, I'm encouraged really.
Holding for dear life
Looks amazing!!!!
Vamos
Very nice to see a 20 year old hase
His stoff together. Great ridding in bishop 👌👏🏻
Noraly,
This is an awesome episode, seeing and hearing you so happy and excited trying new terrains, new bikes and having mentors to learn new thing is very inspiring. 🤩
I can't wait for new episodes. 🌟
Een onvergetelijke rit daar in Zuid California, met jou enthousiasme als commentaar, onvergetelijk. Groet van de Veluwe
Great line choices on that hill climb. I'm always watching as if I was riding the bike myself and you rode it exactly like I would have. Downhills are always tougher, but you did great there too.
I use to live from Jan 1996 to Nov 2020 16 miles from Yosemite. Great rails all over.
Now after a long lapse, getting back into riding, (but no-longer dirt)
I see the modern dirt bike as big in displacement, 4-stroke, and heavy, not a dirt bike as I grew up with.
I see times have changed.
So why did 2-stroke bite the dust? (sorry, couldn't resist) to put it simply, emissions.
What a shame. Thanks California Air Resources Board.
Noraly you keep on proving you are capable of just about anything. GO NORALY GO!
