Joseph, I have been thinking identically to this right now. It is as if you've put my thoughts to the screen when you say 'In my mind's eye will flash certain experiences in my life where I had that same assumption and proved it not to be true'. That is exactly what I'm trying to get better and better at now. The visualisation at the same time as the affirmation and self-talk, in real time.
This is amazing thanks for the content. I actually had lots of health complications as a child, I was in and out of hospital. I noticed I was identifying with a lot of shame-based thinking like 'I'm not good enough' and would tell myself that I didn't wanna exist so my body literally started shutting down. Most areas of my life are great now. But I didn't know that I believed I wasn't good enough until recently, like it was buried so deep in my subconscious that I just walked around in that state. I could identify the higher vibrations like anger and fear but didn't even know shame was there coz it just felt like me. Every day I manage to let go of more of these lower emotions/beliefs and then they're made conscious through meditation or just random realizations. And people have noticed changes like my friends say "You seem much happier now" or my mum will say "You've changed a lot" so I take this as a good thing.
@@smitaprabhu26 I changed it through lots of practice and repetition and it was probably the hardest thing I've ever had to do in my life. I was basically fighting a lot of old programming where I just wanted everything to be over BUT more so that I wanted my entire existence to be erased so no one ever knew I existed, that's how ashamed I was to exist. So it wasn't a simple "I wanna manifest more money." It was more like "I just wanna feel OK, I don't even know how that would feel but I just wanna stop feeling this physical and emotional pain." I was actually highly functional even in that state of shame but bad things "kept happening to me" even as a kid and I'd just go through lots of abusive situations where I was at the wrong place at the wrong time. I'd also have random panic attacks or enter long periods of feeling numb. A year ago I just found a meditation online and decided to try it. I did this meditation and somehow my body was able to exit the shame state that I had been occupying for so long and it gave me a taste of what I could be. And I've been meditating every day since, even when I don't feel like it. And SLOWLY my life started to change. I mean it actually happened rapidly from an outsider perspective but inside it felt like a slow process where each day another part of me was being regenerated. I combine meditation with positive affirmations, breathwork, forgiveness and getting into the feeling states I wish to occupy.

@@smitaprabhu26 try the heart and brain coherence meditation by joe dispenza. Just type it in on youtube and it will come up. This is the one I use pretty regularly, sometimes my heart will actually hurt physically when I'm doing it but afterwards I feel waaay better. I've also heard a testimony of a lady who got her cancer cured by using this meditation along with other Joe Dispenza meditations. I alternate meditations also, depending on what I need. If I'm in a calmer state I do more manifestation meditations from Dylan James for changing my self concept. If I had a bad day I do Dr. Joe Dispenza's pineal gland meditation to literally pull the energy out of my body.

Excellent! I recognized that innately I know that I influence others and when I'm stuck in pain or a less than hopeful outcome I delay pursuing the outward manifestation. Since beginning the twin-flame journey I have become acutely aware of how I draw the physical manifestation of my counterpart based on my internal feelings and expression. When I disconnect from others he disconnects from me. When I feeeel he comes around to participate. I have learned so much from working with Lee Patterson a twin-flame himself. He is so adept at following the mind vs soul and how the energy is manifesting. Would be great to see you two in a live together
this "seeing the other in the mind's eye as already in the changed state" feels so analogous to what Ho'oponopo says and it also feels true based on how if you step outside in an angry state then everything just seems to have conspired against you and it's just "not your day" and my mind jumps to another thing : that the hindus believe that everything is god that just divided itself into many little parts to have an experience. :-o could all this be true?
What about communicating with someone who has been not treating you well, lies, and is abusive. Can you change that person by changing your inner dialogue?
This is my question always as well. I have mixed answers. One, is it a reflection of me somehow being unloving towards myself? So change self. Two, is it that persons natural state. Is that how that person truly is and seems to want to be? So let them be them and still change your own thoughts about it to build a sort of “shield” or does this golden rule even matter if we make our own reality anyways??? I wish I had the answer. It’s literally the one thing in my life I can’t figure out….
My answer to this is, that I don't believe in parallel realities. Everyone has their own point of view of the same thing but we're in the same world. So the other people are either consciously or unconsciously manifesting things, which means they are the god of their realities even if they don't know it. So we can only give people some space to act in a way we believe we deserve, and there will be different end results. They might choose to behave as the same old, or they might behave in a way that favors you. But it's your call to end the relationship or not if they don't act how you want them to. You can only change yourself, and your way will cross with others who're suitable for you. Some connections will end and new ones will begin.
I've experienced this with my boss at work and my spouse as well imagine in your mind them giving you compliments and treating you well and without telling them what you are doing and be patient it will happen they will change. You must continue with this periodically to keep the change present. Hope this helps!

I’m almost sure that this video is accurate. If I change my inner dialogue concerning my son how does that effect how his mom views him. Does he only change in my reality? Me and his mom are divorced. We don’t share the same values when comes to mindset. But do we to be on the same page in order for our son to change? He’s not a bad kid but I know both me and his mother would like to see him mature and get serious about life. He’s 23. Thanks in advance for your input.
You can also make your relationship with your son's mother more harmonious in relation to you and your son. It's all about you and what thoughts you hold about everyone in your life. Those thoughts are projected out and how people 'show up' for you is the result.
I try and speak always empowering positive words with my kids and we say affirmations together almost everyday. Try and slowly introduce him to videos like this and especially Tony Robbins.
Joeseph, are you using Comic Sans? I only ask this because i thought at first you might actually be using a Dyslexie font, because i feel like this is more readable to my eyes, and I normally only get this feeling with a Dyslexie Font. Regardless, the Comic Sans feels more readable than your other videos. (I havnt watched a lot of the more recent videos if you had changed it a while ago)
Others are YOU pushed out, so whatever you are thinking about daily, or expecting of them, or expecting from "people", will be reflected back to you in their actions, words, deeds...
So, How would you change the government of Iran's mind that they shouldn't hang gay people for being gay or Saudi Arabia that public beheading are not a good thing or the Taliban shouldn't kill women for not having food to give them.

Yes, of course, but it would be best to limit time spent with this person for some time.

You can only change yourself. I don’t think it’s possible to change someone else unless they’re willing to change

I don’t have this experience. Many times i expected someone to react or behave a certain way and ends up being the opposite of what I expected
