i love that they also sing live while training instead of just playing the music, it just shows how well they can keep up the good vocals while dancing. when i heard them the first time i noticed how different and unique all their voices sound, all of them have a dreamy and soft vibe, and not flat or shrill like many other high pitched kpop singers. i especially love minji’s raspy voice and hanni’s clear vocals, really refreshing in kpop! i know they can sing well, but honestly i haven’t seen many live performances except for covers or special performance, but i think it’s bc music bank, mnet etc usually don’t let them sing live or have it prerecorded

Lol hybe is doing over time with the bad press for NewJeans. Hyein, Danielle, and especially Hanni vocals are so clear and unique. Minji and haerin are also stable and they sound good live. Minji has a unique raspy sounding voice that’s pleasant.
The best thing about this grp is their nothing like minor or maknae oue hyein can sing live like all other members and her voice is like angelic so i am so proud of her

The thing about new jeans is that there is no bad members! My fave is Hanni but can’t talk anything less with Minji, Dani, Haerin & Hyein. All of them give their best when they performing & so happy about it! What’s not to love🐰
People who say “they can’t sing” or “their live vocals are bad” don’t realize how incredibly difficult it is to sing live in different places with different sound equipment every time on top of dancing. They usually have choreography that goes for the entirety of a song, they have to hit their marks so that they stay in sync for every camera angle, while also remembering which lines in the song is theirs. And they’re doing ALL OF THAT while still serving face to the cameras, constantly calling out to the audience to engage and keeping smiles on their faces the whole time?! NewJeans is so talented and I will always support them!
I dont support what they are doing atm, but there's nothing horrible about their vocals they have beautiful voices, and no scandal, hate, or drama can take that away from them. Every singer can go off key or struggle while singing, but it doesn't mean they don't know how to sing.
Not only can they sing, but they sing while doing difficult choreo. Yes they do use a backtrack but I honestly don't blame them with the choreo they do. But you can always tell that they're singing live.

These girls are ready to sing anywhere, anytime. But there is THAT Hybe group that refused to sing on talk show because their ‘vocal’ members were absent.
