Built in 1973. Over $2600/yr. property tax. No garage. No info on age of roof or furnace or water heater. Looks very dated. No ensuite. No fully finished basement. Potential? Sure, but this is way too pricey for what you are getting and how much more money you will have to spend for upgrades. Just looked up similar duplexes in Edmonton and then are $100,000 less than this one. Be wise and shop around.
As someone who lives in st.albert, you could find a lot nicer place for a lot less, you’d honestly be better off just getting one of the new nice condos in st.albert for the same price in a nicer area. Lacombe is old and this part of lacombe is the poor/older area.
