The first phase of K. Leimer’s recorded work began in 1972 with the production of the Grey Cows cassette and culminated in 1983 with the release of Imposed Order.
K. Leimer founded Palace of Lights in 1979. Leimer has been actively producing music since the mid 1970s-his current catalog includes eighteen solo albums plus collaborative albums with Savant and Marc Barreca. His work is included in the collection of The British Library.

This sounds simultaneously futuristic and very 80s. There's something kind of techno-utopian about it that I like.
In the early 80's when 'New-Age' was becoming the thing, K.Leimer was already beyond and pioneering a yet unknown genre...called Ambient.
Been a big fan since Stationary Dance was first released.
Still am.
Great stuff here.
