Honestly, it's a Fan fiction bit still I want to tell you author as I'm a medical student that after Parturition (delivery of child/children) all the hormones which are responsible for girl's menstruation work in memory gland (in breast) to produce milk for baby and this this process happens for 6 months straight after delivery (no periods take place at that point of time untill some exceptional cases where women get there period in those 6 months). Moral of the story is that in this ff there was like "after 2 weeks of delivery they are going for honeymoon and come back when she is again pregnant, technically & scientifically this is not possible!
