That's wild that they couldn't be arsed to use a better quality zipper. At about $50 it's not like they're charging AliExpress prices for this AliExpress quality. I had planned on buying one but installing zippers is a pain and knowing I'd probably have to reinstall a better zipper right out the box is disappointing :/ You're not the only one it's happened to. Reviews are full of people saying the zipper broke or wasn't even functional right out the gate.
@DonnyWinter I've already contacted them. It was from Entertainment Earth, and they keep sending update emails that the preorder is pushed back another month. Considering they aren't for sale anywhere and the pre-orders on other websites are sold out I either gotta wait for them to cancel the order or hope I get it 😑. I don't wanna pay double the price from a scalper on ebay
