The second was when Eren as a titan blocks the opening to Trost with the boulder. The third was at the end of the Annie OVA, but that one was a female-sung version
It plays when Eren carries the boulder and places it at the hole in Trost to block more titans from coming in towards the end of the first cour of season 1 of Attack on Titan. I'm surprised you knew about the female one and not the male one since that one doesn't even play during the actual main anime
