My dad (a therapist) was helping me through some major anxiety where I was constantly thinking something bad (I won’t mention it) was going to happen. He told me to play the what if game. And I had to say a what if statement that was positive everytime I started to spiral. He if I began saying negative what if’s he’d say that I’m not playing fair.
He explained something along the lines that our brain believes what we say, and so I needed to put the good things in there to help the bad things leave.
It helped me so much.❤
So hearing your what if statements reminded me to remember that good things can happen too, even when I’m so caught up in the bad.
This just helped me with my panic attack, thank you :)

Well, unlike religious and political crooks she not only does nothing wrong but has shown herself to be much better and enormously more beneficial to mankind as a whole than they are. After all, the problems that I appreciate ozley and many other ASMRtists on RUclips in being a much welcomed escape amounts to this one thing, It wasn't the peace loving hippies that brought about the problems to escape from. Nope, always religious and business crooks and war hawks that are vultures for profits in war. They are the ones that bribe dirty politicians to make life suck for us all. I Thank Ozley for being that much needed and wanted escape from the anger these crooks incite in me and many others. Long live Ozley!

I love your videos so much! Thank you for helping me to de-stress at night. I've been depressed, anxious, and generally unmotivated lately. Your gentle voice and encouraging words help tremendously ❤ I also strongly recommend the Manta Sound mask. I've had mine since October, and am so happy with it! ASMR is even better. It wasn't comfortable wearing earbuds anymore, plus when I bought a new phone I forgot that I couldn't use my wired one anymore. I am not being compensated for my comment.
