There are, like axisvm lite, its free structure analysis software, with limitation of 40 nodes,
Procon software also provide free cloud analysis and design program without limitation, smath studio is mathcad like but free, nanocad 5 is autocad alternative and it is free, other guy might know the rest?

Do you have Open Source Softwares for Structural Engineers in Linux Ubuntu which are acceptable in many countries including USA, UK, Canada, Germany, UAE, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, Singapore and India?
Yo! MS Excel is not free at all but other "excel like" software like OpenOffice and LibreOffice Calc are free. For frame Analysis, OpenSees are free but it has no Graphical User Interface.
