In the US, Jolee’s boutique sheets to transfer images to light and dark fabrics are available. Joann sells them but gotta use a big coupon as the prices have gone up a lot. You can fit multiple images on to a 8.5x11 sheet using MS word, , print on the non-glossy side using an inkjet printer and cut around the images closely. Reverse any text since images are ironed on from the glossy/red lined side. It takes only a few secs per image using hot iron (dry, no steam)! Then the backing peels off and make in fabric is water resistant too. Just happened to do this very recently although a few got messed up which had never happened lol. Not sure if keeping those sheets for a long time changed some properties.
Thank u ma'am Great demonstration on fabric printing using home printers. By chance do you or your friend offer any workshop classes in sacramento. I sure like to learn this kind of Fabric printing for Friendly gifts n so on. Thank u
Greetings Linda, one of my favorite names, it's my favorite first cousins name. I notice you are using an Epson ecotank. When I started printing on fabric, that was the one I had. About how long does the ink last? I have had it with the cartridges, I could purchase the printer over and over again. I think I want to go back to the Epson.
Is the Bubble Jet Rinse needed if the printed item is never going to be washed. Looking to make some items for 6 inch action figures and once they are made they won't be washed. Just wondering the the Rinse is needed only if washing the item, or does it help bind the ink to the fabric even if not washing it? Thanks!
You need to use Bubble JetSet and Bubble Jet Rinse together only if you want your fabric prints to be water resistant. If you don't care whether your fabric prints get wet or not, then you don't need to use them.
Thank you so much Linda! You're a fantastic teacher. Xx 🇦🇺

do you need the bubblejet set and rinse to print onto the fabric
Only if you want your prints to be permanent and washable.
