omg! Literally, my exact situation right now. As a RN I had step down experience and never went into pediatrics. Now I am about to finish with my FNP but I want to do Pediatrics and I've been so discouraged because I didnt do the Pediatric program. This is so encouraging to hear!

Thanks for the update! Honestly I’m in my 2nd to last semester of np school & I feel a bit discouraged that I won’t get into my preferred specialty. How did you navigate through imposter syndrome or gain confidence as a new np?
