Their singing style is called karkyraa and khoomei (Mongolian throat singing). That horse head instrument similar to a violin is called morin khuur ( horse head fiddle) . Next like a guitar instrument is called tovshuur( Mongolian traditional guitar ) . The Hu said they are created new genre then they called that Hunnu rock . Singing "Sad But True" in Mongolian added a mistique to the song and the production of the video is Wow!

Throat singing. This, I dare say, surpasses the original.
Hard to say, I like this video much better than Metallicas, but that's also in part due to how much music videos have evolved since then.
Some areas felt a bit overbord with the effects while others were awesome.
No compaints what so ever to the sound thats great from start till finish.
The Original being one of my personal favorite Metallica songs, imo Sad but true is the Metallica song with the best Lyrics, though for sound I admit Untill it sleeps is a personal favorite, and we all should have our own picks :)
THe Video reminded me the most of thier Chinggis Khan video where they also tuned high up for the effects.
Their musicianship also surpasses the original. The riffs are elongated and smoother than the original. I like the addition of the other Mongolian instruments and the throat singing suits the darkness of the song. Totally awesome cover of a classic.

In the film it tells the story of humanity, its lavishness through greed and destruction of the environment through time, the whole earth was pure and fruitful, but in the end we found desolation and destruction. shows the basic elements of life EARTH, WATER, AIR, FIRE, AND SPIRIT. The Raven is a symbol of greed (remember that they love things that shine), the Shaman is the connection of past, present and future lives together with the wisdom that is lost when chosen wrongly. I think the lyrics have variation of the original not all but at some point of the song.
