“When you’ve got brothers singing together it’s like an instrument no one else can buy”. From their documentary- How can you mend a broken heart, which I highly recommend!
It gives me such a buzz to see young reactors discover the amazing Bee Gees. I'd love you to do some of their 60s songs like Massachusetts, To Love Somebody or Gotta Get a Message to you to appreciate the contributions of Barry, Robin and Maurice to their sound.
I love watching you as you're listening to this beautiful music for the first time! I have to admit I'm almost jealous of the experience of discovering the incredible sound of the BeeGees for the very first time! I'm 64, and I can't remember when I wasn't listening to their luscious harmonies! Keep listening to them - there's so much more to discover!! 💕

Rip to Maurice and Robin. Barry (Lead singer)still out there keeping the music he created with his brothers. This music won't return. This talent is rare.
I grew up with this music and it really warms my heart to see a whole new generation fall in love with it the same way I did back then. Thanks for doing your part of keeping their music alive. Check out Nights on Broadway from their 1975 appearance on The Midnight Special, I promise you will not be disappointed. Just make sure it’s the live version and not the one with the studio version dubbed over it.
@@RadJarrettTheIntrovert You Should Be Dancing, a great rocking song, has a great live video which also features their younger brother Andy, who also was a star as a solo act
Love your reaction, the happiness that I can see in your face. Bee Gees have created the music to gather people and touch their hearts. I've been listening to them for 42 years and I still do it👍👍👍👍👍👍💛💙❤️💙💛❤️💙💛❤️
What a beautiful way to describe exactly what they do!! Creating "music to gather people and touch their hearts" Bettie, you are a poet!! 👏👏👏👏 I've been listening to the Bee Gees for 50 wonderful years! Their music is ingrained into my very being. ❤❤❤
It's really nice to meet a person from a younger generation who is enjoying the music of the Bee Gees. I so glad you're listening, enjoying and paying attention to the details. Well done.
Family harmonies are far and above just groups of people in a band. No matter how beautiful their voices are. Brothers, sisters, family....the harmony between Barry, Robin and Maurice is magical.
I'm 54 yrs old & this has been my top favorite Bee Gees song since I was 10 years old. My older cousin (by 3 years) had just bought the soundtrack album to Saturday Night Fever. Neither of us had seen the movie yet; as we were too young for the R rating, but I clearly remember the double album had still shots of movie scenes. She played that record over & over & over again for hours. The next day, I went to the store & bought my own copy. Awhile later, my elementary school held a dance in the cafeteria right after school was let out. I was in the 5th grade & a boy I knew (6th grader) asked me to 'slow dance" to this song. I was my first time ever dancing with a boy! He didn't ask me to dance because he liked me (in that way). Rather his mom was friends with mine & also cousin's mom (my auntie), so we all hung out together. He knew I had that album & that this was my favorite song so he asked me to dance. I can still picture it in my head; the two of us facing each other, my arms extended out with hands on his shoulders while his arms were out & hands on my hips as we swayed side to side while turning in slow circles on the dance floor...so awkward - LOL! :-D
When Barry was 9 and got a guitar for Christmas and the twins were 6 and got toy guitars. They sang and their harmonies just happened. They were amazed and would go to bed and sit under their sheets talking about being famous singers.
This sure brings back memories of when my mom would put their albums on when I was growing up we would be dancing to their music. They are so amazing their harmonies are so beautiful
We are certainly in agreement they are near to perfect as possible. You reaction was great, I could tell you felt that song. I love the Bee Gee's their music will endure forever. Thanks again!!
