Victorian Railways - Tait Car 381M - First Overhead Contact in 16 years!

Tuesday 21st January 2020 saw a major milestone for Steamrail / Elecrail Volunteers with the PTC Preserved Tait Set and 341T undergoing testing for the first time under the wire in 16 years at Newport Workshops. This video captures 381M's raising of the Pantograph.

Can you please give more info on when the last time a Tait set last raised it's Pano to the overhead wire I'm sure it would have been more than 16 years ago

no, they were allowed to run until 2004 when they were banned from operating due to safety concerns
